I had the place to myself, but it’s really for big families or groups. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Many places to read or relax. It was clean and felt right at home. I would stay here again. Great location, not too loud but close to everything else.

Ivan's Villa was everything that I had anticipated for a group trip with a few of my close friends. The villa is located within a safe and secure complex, with an around the clock staff and security. The location is excellent. You can walk to anywhere within the walled city in minutes and the taxi / van drop-off point is a stone throw's away. Ivan is an excellent host and responsive, with recommendations. The staff, including Katia, are lovely people and very attentive. We also opted for a home-cooked lunch on our last day, and it was one of the most delicious meals we had the entire trip. Lastly, the actual space is excellent. Every single room has an en-suite and the pool, while small, is private and exclusive for your group's exclusive use. I would recommend Ivan's place. 10/10.

This is probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They had great service, made our beds and emptied our trash every day, and the housekeeper did our laundry for us. The place was so beautiful and spotlessly clean. Location couldn’t have been better too. Couldn’t recommend staying here more! It’s an amazing place.

This was one of the most memorable stays anyone in our group has ever had anywhere. Our group of 6 visited beautiful Cartagena to attend the wedding of two dear friends. This house is fully equipped— each bedroom has its own full bath, we had power while many friends of our staying in hotels and other Airbnbs within walking distance lost theirs (on the day of the ceremony nonetheless), and the pool in the back and hot tub on the roof were glorious respites in the hot afternoons and beautiful evenings. The standout was Katia, who took care of every thing we could ask for. She made us a delicious breakfast every day, made us dinner last minute when we realized we had a tight turnaround between events, and made sure the home was always clean. We felt so taken care of in this home by her and Ivan, who is very responsive and accommodating. This location cannot be beat— walking distance to everything & still quiet and tucked away from the vibrant Centro area. We will be back! GRACIAS!!!!!!

Nothing but positive things to say about this stay. I felt extremely safe with the security infront. The house was super clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend the cook for breakfast. Truly worth the $50 per day. overall satisfied with my stay.

Ivan’s place was fantastic. Check in and check out were extremely easy (and flexible). The staff was great including the chef who cooked for us every day! Place always clean, spacious and just lovely to make a Cartagena experience great!

Ivan and Katia were great—very responsive and super helpful hosts. The home was clean and felt peaceful, comfortable, and safe. The ACs worked great, which was a huge plus. The location is excellent and close to everything outside the wall; all the restaurants we visited in the Walled City were amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Ivan was very helpful and responsive. Sat on site were also very helpful and responsive. The housekeeper and the chefs did an amazing job with the meals that we had prepared at the house. My bed was comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is walking distance from well known bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location and the space was exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the private pool and private chef. The daily housekeeping was also a nice touch. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.
