Villa Catalina

Some Airbnb's deserve more than 5 stars and the Villa at Cantina absolutely qualifies for that status. I could gush all day about how amazing this place is. The pool is fantastic, rooms are clean, kitchen is stuffed with goodies and amenities as well as service staff is top notch in every way. It's literally steps from the mall, supermarket, restaurants and centrally located within the walled city. You truly can't go wrong. This is our second of many planned stays here. We can't get enough and can’t recommend it enough.

This place was amazing. Host was amazing. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was phenomenal.

This is my second time at this location and it will not be my last. Love this place and location! More importantly Johanna the host was real attentive and responsive to my issues. I had an issue and she got right on it!

Best Villa in Cartagena

This villa was absolutely perfect! Complimented with one of the best experiences - our Host services were first class! Very responsive, accommodating to every need and checked in periodically to ensure our accommodations were better than expected. Security provided was top notch, maid and chef service were amazing! Better than advertised! If I were you, I wouldn’t second guess this one.. everything is close by, restaurants, excursions, night life.. one of the best stays ever! Thank you Villa Catalina!! Favorite Airbnb of all time! Nothing but 5 stars for Johana, her staff and this wonderful villa. They made us feel so welcomed and supported the whole stay. The maid was a sweetheart that made us a wonderful breakfast every day and the security guard/concierge was super accommodating & easy to work with. Inside the villa is immaculately decorated and laid out. Sparkling clean and smelled amazing. And when it comes to amenities, I can tell you they thought of EVERYTHING. Having such a nice place all to yourself feels like owning your own private hotel. Can't wait to come back!

Mt first time in Cartagena. Beautiful city and this place is close to everything but secluded area as well.

This place was a spectacular find. It’s located in the walled city and walking distance from local restaurants, site-seeing, and the mall. We were a family of 10 and felt at home. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was made every morning per our requests. The house staff was fantastic. The house was detail oriented. The hosts were very proactive and easy to communicate with. She made sure that our stay was enjoyable. We really had a hard time leaving the place behind! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if back in Cartagena.

Our stay at Villa Catalina was absolutely wonderful. The house exactly matches the pictures and description. The AC works, the Hot water works, the WiFi works. ( and that is not common in Cartagena). It is located in a great, very walkable area, and it was impeccably cleaned (and I am very picky about that bc I have allergies and there was zero dust, and all the linens were freshly laundered). We were greeted by the maid when we arrived, and she was absolutely wonderful to us throughout out entire stay. Very accommodating. The hosts were very proactive and responsive. Like literally respond in minutes. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants, boats, massages, and other activities. I highly recommend using any vendors or services they recommend to you. I am a very picky traveler with high expectations, especially when it comes to accommodations, and they were all met or exceeded. Definitely book here.

This is a great Airbnb in Cartagena. It has air conditioning in the living area and each room has its own bathroom. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient place with many rooms and a nice breakfast and daily service. Thank you!!

Our stay at this property has been just wonderful. Thanks to the host and staff for providing us with a clean and comfortable place to stay and address our every need. Responsive even at 4AM. The staff were excellent and have made our stay pleasant. I gave a grocery list before we arrived and everything was already setup when we got there. The place is exactly as pictured and described. Spotless, smelled nice as we walked in, the night guard was there to greet us when we got there at midnight, showed us around and stayed outside the entrance the entire night. The maid was there but it felt like she was not till we needed something. She was super sweet and worked around our schedule. The location could have not been better. Close to everything but in a quiet and a safe neighborhood. Even the bedroom that has a window to the street was super quiet. Minutes to the upscale shopping mall, grocery store, clock tower, good restaurants, 10 minute walk to the port for boat rides.

Great location right in the old city but in the nicer part all the best restaurants are a few minute walk… great hospitality. The house included housekeeper with breakfast prepaid daily.

AMAZING place. stayed in 3 different villas in Cartagena. I HATED them all because this place set the level so high!! maid an security was very friendly, helpful and attentive to everything and anything we needed. the hosts were very quick too respond to any messages sent to them and reached out to us daily to see if we needed anything. the place was kept spotless an was easily worth the price!! it will be my go too place if available next time we come too Cartagena an I will be recommending to friends and family. thank you for everything guys, see you soon!!!!!!

Our family of five — myself, my wife, our 15-year-old son, and my parents — stayed here, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. The house is beautifully modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Each room was fantastic, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better. Being right next to the mall made everything convenient, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Luis, the security guard, was outstanding. He helped guide us everywhere we needed to go and always made us feel cared for and looked after. But the true highlight of our stay was the young lady who cleaned the home and prepared breakfast each morning. She was, without question, the heart of the entire experience. She treated us like family — thoughtful, warm, attentive, and always anticipating what we might need. Every morning she made sure we had something fresh and delicious for breakfast, and somehow each day felt even better than the last. 5 Stars All Day Long

Our group of five guys takes an annual trip, and this was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The home was stunning—better than the photos—and the location was perfect. But what truly made this stay exceptional was Laura. She went above and beyond every single day. Each morning, she greeted us with a smile, prepared delicious breakfasts, cleaned the entire house, and even offered to wash our clothes and organize our rooms. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like we were at a private resort. The evening security guard was friendly and always made sure we felt safe while quietly tidying up the common areas. Johana, our host, constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a box of sweets that was a huge hit. Everything worked perfectly—the pool, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The entire party thought the accommodations were perfect in every way - and Laura's warmth and care truly topped it all off.

This is the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The location is close to everything but far from the noice. Love it! The stuff was incredible and the hosts were amazing. Very responsive and great recommendations. Thank you!
