Maria, Dany and Amelia were hands down the best in making us feel at home. I’d never stay any place else if I come here. The hospitality was beyond my expectations.

First the listing doesn’t disclose this property is an apartment in a 3rd floor with no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs in a neighborhood that looks trashy with homeless people hanging around. This is not the place to have your family stay over for vacations. This is more like a bachelor pad where resting is not in the plans. The property is noisy all the time, there’s a band and live music from 8pm till 7am besides the traffic, police sirens, trash pick up that happens at 2am and is loud. Our whole group could barely get any sleep. In other words I don’t recommend this place for family with children. The lady of the house is a sweet and very helpful. Overall Cartagena is a nice old city with a charm, but stay at a Hotel if you are looking to have a joyous time.

We had an amazing stay at marks place, it was in an awesome location and super spacious for our group of 15 people!! What made our experience even more amazing was the maid/chef - SHE WAS AMAZING and our group will be dreaming about the breakfast she made every morning. The only downside was the noise outside of the rooms late at night but that also comes with it being in such a central location. We will definitely stay at one of Marks places the next time we are in Cartegena

Our 10-person birthday celebration (five couples) was made truly special by the property manager's incredible service, particularly in coordinating transportation. The maid also cooked outstanding meals! The added security was a great bonus and made us feel very safe. The property was ideal for our group, and we had a blast. Yes, it was loud outside, but we slept through it thanks to our busy days and nights. We highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay if you have a big group. It’s the best if both worlds as the property has the benefits of a hotel while staying in the large house. The maid/chef changed linens, towels, cleaned house so we always come back to a clean house in evening. The butler and security were very helpful helping us pick up necessities or ordering delivery from local restaurants. It was an amazing experience. Second to none.

We had a wonderful vacation. Excellent location. In the middle of all the action.

Location can not get any better. This place is right next to clock tower. Everything is in walking distance. There is a guard, maid, and butler.

The place sits right near the color towers , near all local restaurant and bars. Mark kept me up to date on timeframe checkin and make sure we are greeted. The chef Ms. Ce Le is extremely helpful with our group for breakfast and lunch .. housekeeper Dany went the extra mile to get all our necessities .. great stay and will stay again …

I recently stayed at a charming Airbnb located in central Cartagena, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Cartagena's historic center. It was incredibly convenient to explore the city's iconic landmarks, including the stunning Plaza Santo Domingo and the bustling Getsemani district. Being able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and cultural sites added so much to our trip. The accommodation itself was immaculate. The decor perfectly blended modern amenities with the colonial charm Cartagena is known for. The living spaces were comfortable and well-appointed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after a day of exploring the city in the tropical heat. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities.

Very spacious and clean listing. Centrally located in the walled city right next to the clock tower. Mark and his staff were great! Very helpful and resourceful. Guest friendly! Would definitely stay again 5 stars across the board!
