Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, la casa impecable, mejor que en las fotografías, tiene una gran distribución con una alberca en el patio central que conecta con cocina y comedor de igual manera sin recibir la luz directa del sol lo que permite poder estar la mayor parte del dia, en las plantas superiores se encuentran las habitaciones impecables, en la terraza esta un jacuzzi de gran tamaño ideal para las tardes noches. desde la terraza se aprecia la vista de la ciudad amurallada. la atención del personal es inigualable hacen que la estancia sea realmente increíble desde la atención ante cualquier petición hasta cocinar platillos excepcionales. vale la pena esta casa, sin duda regresaremos

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento, la atención y hospitalidad marcaron la diferencia. La anfitriona fue increíblemente atenta y siempre pendiente de cada detalle para que nuestra experiencia fuera perfecta. Un punto especial para destacar es el servicio del mayordomo Javier, cuya dedicación, amabilidad y disposición superaron todas nuestras expectativas; hizo que cada día fuese aún más placentero. Definitivamente, podemos decir que este ha sido el mejor hospedaje que hemos tenido en Airbnb, y sin duda lo calificamos con un 100%. Recomendamos esta casa sin dudarlo: lujo, comodidad y un servicio inmejorable.

WOW! By far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. I booked this for my family who was visiting Cartagena for my wedding and they were all extremely impressed. The house looks even better than the photos 🤯. Great location in downtown, but on a quieter street to avoid some of the noise. Spotless interior with beautiful details. And most of all, the house staff was incredible. Javier went above and beyond to help everyone while there were two women who helped with cleaning and cooking delicious meals every day. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay Eneida!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far. It looks exactly like the pictures and is located in an ideal spot. I loved the place. The maid service was excellent, and the dishes prepared by the cook were delicious. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

We have rented alot of AirBnB's before and this, by far, was the most outstanding! From the moment I contacted them until the moment we left everything was BEYOND expectation! The house was amazing and JUST as pictures depicted ( in some cases even better than we expected). The staff was absolutely amazing. We were there for a wedding and they were able to assist with drivers, instructions on how to get around etc. And can I talk about the amazing breakfasts we had. Got up in morning to delicious coffee, fresh fruit and choices of mains. Absolutely nothing about this stay came into question. We were treated like kings and queens and the home was immaculate. Eneida was MORE than responsive to every question we had. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home. If Cartagena is your destination, Eneida, her staff and her home is where you want to be!

Beautiful place with great location. Easy access to shops, landmarks, and restaurants. The best thing was the staff that were at the house. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

This house is INCREDIBLE. All of the rooms are extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing. Wifi works well throughout the downstairs area. The entire home is absolutely stunning. And the house staff were probably the best part of all. Ulysses and Claudia made our stay feel like we were visiting family, and Maria was a master in the kitchen! Don't know what we would have done without them! The location was also top notch - in the heart of everything and felt very safe even walking around at night! Cannot wait to return :)

Stunning. Great accommodations and even better staff. The highlight for me was when we moved to our next hotel and then went out for dinner, and came back to find some of the items we accidentally left behind were hand delivered by the staff to our new location. Amazing people.

I can’t even put into words how beautiful this home is. The pictures do not do the house justice. When we arrived the home and staff far exceeded our expectations. By far the best and most beautiful Airbnb experience I’ve had. I was blown away when I saw the house in person. Carlos stayed at the home with us and took care of us day and night. Whether it was making fresh batches of drinks, making dinner recommendations, or making sure we got home safely everyday, he was fantastic. The chef at the house cooked delicious meals and even hosted a cooking class for us! She was amazing. The housekeeper was very kind and cleaned daily to ensure we came back to tidy rooms and freshly made beds. And the host, I cannot say enough about her. She was so very helpful throughout our whole booking process and was happy to arrange extra add ons and activities as we wanted/needed them. No doubt we will definitely stay here again when we return to Cartagena!

This was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the level of service is unmatchable. I stayed here with my extended family (including two grandparents) over the holidays and everyone was quite happy and comfortable. The elevator is useful for groups with elderly travelers. The house comes with a housekeeper, a cook, and a butler. The butler stays in the house and gives 24h service that goes above and beyond any other hotel or home rental I have ever had. The location could not be better, since it is central to everything but also on a slightly quieter street. The view from the rooftop patio is unrivaled, which allowed us to have a stunning view of the new year's fireworks. The hostess can arrange everything for you from at-home covid tests to private yacht tours. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this experience and cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a dream and you will be sad to go!

Our stay at Cattleya Luxury house was beyond superb! A group of 8 girls stayed for a bachelorette weekend and we could not say enough positive remarks about our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and the staff was incredible. Miguel, Claudia and Carlos cooked us delicious breakfast and soup, made us drinks the entire weekend, made grocery trips for us and even went out with us as security when needed. They were the absolute best and we even exchanged numbers to stay in contact and reach out to them again when we return. In terms of comfort, the rooms had AC, everything we needed to make us comfortable including robes and slippers. The house has a pool downstairs and large jacuzzi on the top floor which we thoroughly enjoyed. All of the architecture and decor was beautiful and photo worthy! Milena, the Airbnb host, was extremely helpful throughout the entire booking. She helped us make dinner reservations, Covid test reservations and boat reservations all before we got there. She stayed in touch throughout our trip to make sure everything was going well. Lastly, you could not beat the location! The house is next to everything. Don’t miss out! We highly recommend and would love to go back.
