We had a fantastic stay, everything was seamless. The on-site chef’s meals were outstanding, security was professional, and the butler went above and beyond. Mark was incredibly responsive from booking through checkout. Highly recommend and would happily return!

Overall stay was good with a few callouts. 1. Less to no hot water in showers 2. Bathroom amnesties (towels were low quality - threads coming out), toiletries were not replenished. 3. Kitchen could be cleaner - had a weird smell to it 4. Better fans could be installed, the outdoor areas get very hot The house staff is very friendly and helpful. Mark was very communicative, flexible and helpful in many ways.

Second time staying. Great place

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cartagena. From start to finish, the experience was seamless thanks to the outstanding hospitality of our host Mike, and the entire staff. Mike was extremely attentive, communicative, and responsive—always just a message away if we needed anything. What really made the stay stand out was how warm and helpful everyone on the team was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Special shoutout to our friend Jorge, he was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Cartagena.

Every single aspect of this place was amazing. From the place itself to the amenities and to the staff that are 24/7 working and helping you with whatever you need. A special thanks to John, he made the trip that we took in Cartagena 1000 times better. He was very respectful and polite. His knowledge of the city helped get us around and helped us with anything that we needed around the clock. 10/10 would stay again

Wonderful stay with 25 friends for a wedding! Loved the 2 pools. Everyone was comfortable with the own rooms and bathrooms. The house staff and security were all wonderful!!

This was a fabulous and safe place to call home for a few nights in Cartagena! The staff was very attentive. Each room had its own powerful AC which was great for hot days and nights. If there was ever an issue or question (ex. we had struggled with one of the outlets, for example), the team was responsive. The location was fantastic! Being in the walled city allowed us to make the most of the days. Definitely recommend it for large groups. This would be great for a family vacation or group trip. Thank you Mark and team for helping make our wedding weekend amazing!!

The mansion was incredible and just as advertised. The 2 pools were great and the rooftop was beautiful. The staff was courteous and always helpful. The location was great, right around the corner from great bars and restaurants and no more than a 10 minute walk from other great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Cartagena in the future. Me and my friends had a great time staying here. If you’re looking for big mansion to host 13 people this is the place to do it!
