Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Mark fue excepcional. Desde el momento de la reserva, la comunicación fue rápida y clara. El apartamento estaba impecable, bien equipado y ubicado en una zona ideal. Sin duda, recomendaría este alojamiento a otros viajeros y repetiría la experiencia.

We stayed for just one night on our way back from Medellín. The place was lovely and I’m sure if we were there longer we would have had the opportunity to enjoy the place more. Mark was responsive and took care of our needs.

Loved my stay here, Mark was extremely responsive and quick to resolve anything we needed. This location is great because there’s AC in the living room which is rare in Cartagena. Great location and Yomis, the cooking/cleaning lady was absolutely lovely and makes the best breakfast. There were two problems, one with mosquitos and one with the AC unit that was resolved right away thanks to Mark. Will stay here again the best time I’m back.

Fantastic location in old town Cartagena! Would highly recommend if you are visiting the city and want to be close to great food and great drinks.

Our stay at this beautiful two-story home was nothing short of amazing! The house itself is stunning, with four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for everyone in our group. The outdoor area was a dream—having a pool and jacuzzi to relax in after a day of exploring made our vacation even more special. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible service. The maid was not only friendly and attentive but also an amazing cook! She prepared delicious meals for us, from breakfast to dinner, making our stay feel truly luxurious. The added presence of a security guard at night provided an extra sense of safety, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without any worries. The location was perfect! Everything we needed was within walking distance—supermarkets, ATMs, money exchange services, bars, and restaurants. Whether we wanted to explore the local scene or just unwind at the house, we had the best of both worlds.

House is Awesome! I looks like it was just remodeled just like in the pictures.

The Airbnb is beautiful and in a great location. We celebrated my bachelorette here and it was an amazing time. I must say though that the best part of the house was Yomi, the cook. She was an absolute pleasure to be around and made us feel at home. She assisted with any issues/inconveniences that came up and made our stay worthwhile! Gracias Yomi por todo!!!

Mark is the best my third time with him and always reactive and ready to accommodate Clean, great location and very private

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more organized host in my life the tips and recommendations alone on what to do when you land in Cartagena already make you feel like a local the second you arrive so I will definitely book with Mark for future stays and my favorite part was having in house security so you always feel safe 24/7.

Ive stayed at several of Mark’s properties on my trips to Cartegena and each stay has been better than the last. He is a great host and all of his properties are conveniently located and accommodating.

Pros Marks staff was great and were easy to communicate with We had issues during our stay and Mark did address them immediately Property is close to both the grocery store and nightlife Allowing for guests made it easy for our group to come and go Other reviews make the door man sound like a negative but we felt it was a positive as our Spanish is not great and travelers stick out in Cartagena Con Property could use some TLC and some minor touch ups. Based upon his response time, I’m sure mark will take care of them

place was great, good location. but after a long way to cartagena there was no towels in the house to take a shower and was very uncommunicative about that. when they finally knock on the door the next day we only got 1 towel for 9 ppl, and so we had to buy our own.

Great location in a safe area of town. I will definitely stay there again.

Awesome location. Great host. Raphael was prompt at responding and helping us with everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place for a small group.

Mark y su equipo estaban muy disponibles y enviaron trabajadores para ayudar con los problemas, pero no debería haber habido tantos problemas: - wifi y agua caliente poco fiables - Las escaleras son muy peligrosas (incluso uno de los trabajadores cayó y resultó herido). - superficies como las esquinas del suelo y las esquinas de las escaleras no terminadas; enchufes expuestos y cableado - la iluminación no es tan buena como las imágenes - superficies inseguras y resbaladizas con condensación (esposo se cayó y ha tenido que ir a una atención urgente) - La cabecera de una cama cayó, casi cae sobre dos amigos mientras dormían. Tienen la suerte de haberme mudado con tiempo. - No se puede cerrar la puerta de la piscina, por lo que no es seguro para los niños pequeños. Este lugar no es cómodo ni está terminado. No es lujo. Tiene mucho potencial, pero necesita algunas mejoras serias antes de que valga la pena el coste. Nota: intentamos ponernos en contacto con Mark de buena fe antes de escribir esta evaluación. Sentimos que teníamos que dejar una evaluación honesta, sobre todo porque los dos amigos que estaban casi golpeados con la cabecera de la cama estaban muy enojados. No hemos recibido respuesta. Esto nos entristeció.

Great location, great communication, beautiful home, comfortable beds, would recommend.
