Amazing house, host, maid and all house connections. Definitely coming back to this house in a couple months.

Mark’s place is ideal for anyone visiting the area. Every amenity was carefully thought about so you won’t have to. Not to mention the security guard and housekeeper were always on point if you visit MARK‘s place you have to ask the housekeeper to cook a meal for you. She is a certified five star chef. Anytime I visit the area. I will definitely return to MARK’s place first.

Not to many complaints I enjoyed the stay the place was amazing .. to have butler service was great.. I would say having towels was great and wash clothes needs to be added.. I would definitely recommend staying at mark place!! It is a perfect setting for friends out living they best life!!

Wow — Sebastian Villa is absolutely amazing! 🌴 The location couldn’t be better — just minutes away from fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafés. The pool is crystal clear, and the water temperature is perfect for a relaxing swim any time of day. The villa’s maid is a gem — super helpful and an incredible cook! Plus, having a friendly security guard from 7 PM to 5 AM made us feel completely safe and at ease. Mark and Rafael were outstanding hosts — so friendly, quick to respond, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you for an unforgettable experience — we can’t wait to come back!

This home in Cartagena was absolutely beautiful! The property is spacious, well maintained, and has a private pool that made our stay extra special. Having daily maid service was a wonderful bonus everything was always clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the host made check-in and communication very easy. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cartagena.

Our stay was excellent with a clean and comfortable home that exceeded expectations. The meals that were prepared by cook delicious and the security guard made us feel safe all the night. Très belle villa le seul point negatif c la qualitè de l’eau de la piscine qui laisser a desirer lors de notre arriver mais le probleme a été resolu rapidement je recommende emplacement merveilleux

This place is ideal place in Getsemani area of Cartegena. Great pool, great location close to local shops and restaurants. Mark is very responsive and a great host. We would love to stay here again.
