The house was very homey and beautiful. We used the pool, and it was refreshing. Separate pool towels were provided. The location is very mainstreet so the exposure to doing fun things near the home is just right outside the door. We were seven people staying in the home and really enjoyed. Having Xiomara, the helper, there to cook breakfast was very helpful. Our New Year holiday was wonderful there!

Me and my friends stayed at Bercelio’s place very convenient to everything you need. Great host always answered every time provided what ever you needed. Xiomara was Amazing great cook and was there for anything you needed. I got a little sick from something I ate she went out got medicine to help can’t thank you enough. We will definitely recommend Bercelio’s place to stay

We stayed at Bercelio's place for 3 days in early March 2025. He is a wonderful, communicative host with a fantastic staff - Thank you Martín and Xiomara! They also provide transportation and boat/yacht rental. We used both of those services and they were as nice as one could expect. In fact, we have to heap some additional praise on Martín as he was simply above and beyond with regard to punctuality, as well as extremely resourceful all the while never losing his sense of humor. With regard to the house, everything is as described - the common area on the first floor and the rooftop are open air, so there is no A/C. The bedrooms all have mini split AC units. The bathrooms work well, the pool is very refreshing in the afternoon. There is only one small TV near the kitchen in the entire house - for us, this was a plus, but families with kids may want more screens. The bottom line is: stay here. You'll love it. Thank you Bercelio, Martín and Xiomara - we can't wait to come back!

Wow! Words can not say enough about this place. It was beautiful inside. The 3 of us really enjoyed this place. It does have stairs but you can take the elevator if you need to. Xiomara was amazing she is there for what ever it is that you need and very responsive. Bercelio was also responsive. We called him and he was right there with any answers that you might need. The pool is amazing and the view from the window is also amazing. I cant forget about the top level view. You can see 360 degrees in the day or the night. I cant wait to stay here again.

Bercelio's place is amazing, better than the photos. Private pool was very nice and refreshing on a hot day. Bedrooms are spacious, clean and the elevator to each floor is a nice touch. The rooftop is a great place to relax and overlook the city. Location is also amazing, great restaurants, stores and bars, all within walking distance. Xiomara is a gem, greeted us with a refreshing drink which just put the experience over the top, not to mention her great breakfast and warm attitude. Bercelio a top notch host, very friendly, personally greeted us on arrival and was kind enough to give us a walkthrough and some true gems when it came to restaurants and bars. The place was clean, communication was clear, Bercelio was amazingly accommodating and flexible. This place made our boys trip even more remarkable. Amazing Airbnb experience. Highly Recommended!!!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Great staff in Xiomara who prepared delicious breakfast, a plunge pool perfect for cooling off, Very airy and what a view from its 4th story. Also location is fantastic.
