I just wanna say if you’re American stay far away from this place , he’s trying to charge us over 2K and damages when nothing was done to the house . I’ve been on Airbnb for over seven years and never had a fee/ a cleaning fee or any sort of fee’s ever ! accused us of smoking after we told him time after time that we weren’t. Again, if you’re American just stay away. Host answer: "Their comment is a rather convenient version of what happened. During his stay, he repeatedly behaved in a disrespectful manner toward our staff, violated the property rules — including the no-smoking rule — and there were situations involving damage to the house that we had to address. This has nothing to do with your nationality, but with your behavior as a guest. We constantly welcome people from all over the world and work to provide them with an excellent experience. In fact, most of our guests are Americans, and our reviews clearly show this. What is unfortunate is that, after breaking the rules and causing multiple problems, he tries to present the situation as if the problem had been ours. We respect opinions, but we also have the right to clarify the facts. In this case, everything was wrong, starting with his behavior as a guest. They even destroyed the sheets. What a shame!"

Great place I would definitely stay again!

I loved this place! It exceeded my expectations and it’s even prettier in person, very very clean. The hosts are incredibly nice and go way beyond to make you feel welcomed. The staff service is amazing and the food of the restaurant that is on the first floor was spectacular. I would stay on this place a hundred more times!

Great location, very responsive host, but the shower in one of the rooms didn’t work

This place was amazing Kathy was an amazing housekeeper as well! She made the stay even more enjoyable! The home was magnificent, I highly recommend it.

No pude haber elegido mejor lugar, limpio, cerca de todos los lugares, las camas super cómodas, siempre limpio todo, la sala fue de nuestros lugares favoritos porque al llegar de nuestros paseos siempre fue nuestro lugar seguro para convivir y ver la TV, resaltó el apoyo de todo el personal y sobre todo de Katy, si me lo permiten sin duda regreso a ese maravilloso lugar !!!

El departamento es precioso, súper bien ubicado y aunque estaba en la mejor zona de restaurantes y bares, no había ruido y se podía descansar perfectamente. Además había quien nos cocine delicioso y arregle todos los días el airbnb. Súper recomendado!!! Seguro volveremos…

Qué maravilla de lugar! Nos hospedamos con mis 4 hijos y fue una experiencia espectacular de principio a fin. El apartamento es hermoso y súper limpio, todo impecable y muy elegante. La ubicación es inmejorable: acceso fácil a todo, en una zona preciosa! Nos encantó que está la cocina está súper bien equipada, incluso con freidora de aire y una súper licuadora ! Uno de los grandes pluses fue el restaurante Román justo abajo — ¡una joya absoluta. Los anfitriones fueron los mejores: súper atentos, cálidos y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa, desde recomendaciones hasta coordinar traslados. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Gracias por esta estadía inolvidable en Cartagena! Si buscan un lugar bonito, cómodo, familiar y con ubicación privilegiada, este es EL sitio. 10/10 🌟

Rodrigo’s place was the perfect location for our group seeking a peaceful, secure home base inside the walled city. This place allowed us to feel like we escaped to Bali. The indoor/outdoor design was perfect for the weather with plenty of natural light and the daily cleaning service was a perk we enjoyed. We’d definitely book Rodrigo’s place again.

We stayed at this place for 2 nights and it was amazing. The apartment was in excellent condition and we enjoyed every minute there ! Communication with the host was very easy, very quick and super helpful.

This property is beautiful and perfectly matches the description. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything nearby. The host was very responsive, and having maintenance and housekeeping staff available all day was a fantastic bonus.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rodrigo's place. The space was absolutely stunning, comfortable, and safe. As for Rodigo as a host and his staff, all are stunning! There wasn't a time where I felt out of place. Everyone was very hospitable and I'll definitely recommend Rodigro's place.

I normally do not write reviews. yet this place and the owner was amazing. The place was beautiful and the service was out standing. Location was the best in Cartagena. Also, their restaurant downstairs was delicious.

Had a fantastic time. Staff were all super friendly and very helpful. 10/10 I would 100% stay at Rodrigo’s property again in the future & will be recommending it to others.
