La atención del host y el personal de la casa es impecable. La ubicación es perfecta para pasar unos días y conocer Cartagena. Los tours y servicios adicionales que ofrece Bercelio valen la pena. Solo Tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua de las regaderas y ya fue reportado.

Una estadía fabulosa. La casa es tal como se muestra en las fotos, ¡incluso más linda en persona! La ubicación es excelente, con muchos restaurantes y lugares cercanos. El alojamiento es cómodo y acogedor en todo sentido. Bercelio fue muy amable y atento, y la cocinera, además de servicial, prepara platos increíbles. Sin duda, una experiencia 10/10.

Great location and service was great along with the added security of the house. Bercelio was pretty available for any needs we had. If you're in to US sports on tv, you'll want to come extra prepared or find the local spots. All in all a great stay.

My husband and I decided to have a last minute getaway to one of our favorite cities - Cartagena. We reached out to Bercelio to help arrange our stay, and, as a result, we received a royal treatment. The house is located in my favorite area - San Diego. It is wakable distance to amazing restaurants, like Santa Clara Hotel where you can enjoy exclusive brunch or a 5 star gastronomic experience, the Serra Zuela shopping center is less than 5 minute walk, the San Diego square becomes very lively in the evenings. The house itself was spacious, we had a butler at our service any time of the day and night. Our lovely housekeeper surprised us with a delicious breakfast. The pool felt nurturing and relaxing due to the ambience all the green plants provided. We even got to see the sunset and the sea from the rooftop . The bed was very comfortable and shower had good pressure. The only sadness I have from this experience is that we could not stay longer. I am in love with this home. Thank you!
