The host, Mark, made the experience truly exceptional. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay—always quick to answer questions, offer local recommendations, and even went above and beyond by assisting in recovering a phone left at the airport. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction set the tone for a seamless and stress-free vacation. The staff at the property were equally attentive, providing daily housekeeping, on-site security, and warm, friendly service that made us feel safe and well cared for at all times. I will only book with the Host when traveling to Colombia moving forward!

The Penthouse is beautiful, just as described. Location is excellent, walkable to most everything. Right near the Clock Tower. Great view at night. Mark is a great host, very responsive & accommodating. Our Butler, Oscar, is amazing. No elevator, so be prepared to walk up lots of stairs daily. A few hiccups during our stay but overall a good time was had.

The Penthouse is beautiful. Close to everything. Bedrooms are large. Lots of stairs to climb to reach the apartment, no elevator.

Mark’s place is amazing!!!! We did our joint bach there and everyone was super comfortable. They had their own room and bathroom! The view is BREATHTAKING. Everything is walking distance and the penthouse includes a butler, maids, chef, and security to the building! It is super safe :) the cooking is delicious and the staff was friendly! It was the best weekend ever! I highly recommend it! If you are looking for a sign! This is it :) <3

We enjoyed our stay at Marks’s unit. House manager was attentive and helped with whatever we needed. Ie. Reservations, quick runs to the store, changing currency etc. the house keepers who were also the cooks were phenomenal. Genuinely nice people and food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and Dinners were all amazing. I would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect and felt safe while there. The building has 24/7 security.. The home is spacious and never felt cramped..

This place was just as it was pictured and even better. Great space for groups, more than enough space. Communication was spot on and made it easy . If there was any type of problem, the butler Elkin was there, very attentive and responsive.

Beautiful home located in the heart of the city. Home was clean with modern decor and the views of the city were amazing. Would definitely recommend to large groups. Walkable to anywhere in the old city. The house staff was exceptional. Provided excellent service and attended to all of our requests. Thank you for the stay Mark.
