La casa de Mark fue exactamente lo que necesitábamos: acogedora, limpia y completamente equipada. La casa: es tal como se describe en el anuncio, sin sorpresas. Los cuartos son amplios, cómodos y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. El área: la ubicación es excelente; está en una calle tranquila, pero a la vez muy cerca de todo. No tuvimos problemas de ruido en las noches por bares o eventos. El anfitrión: Mark respondió mis dudas rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. Nos dio recomendaciones de actividades, restaurantes y bares, y desde la reserva hubo comunicación constante por parte de él o de su equipo. El personal: Luz siempre nos atendió con una sonrisa, mantuvo la casa impecable y nos preparó desayunos deliciosos. El personal de seguridad nocturna estuvo siempre atento. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

The property is amazing, very spacious, beautiful, and extremely clean. It features a large pool that is perfect for groups of up to 10 people to relax and enjoy themselves. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to all the action including bars, clubs, and restaurants, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. It may seem like a small thing, but the property has reliable hot water, strong air conditioning, and fast internet, which made a big difference. There is also maid and chef service during the day, along with nighttime security to ensure safety. Mark consistently provides high quality service and properties that offer true luxury along with the comfort you need to feel at home.

Los Puntales House was perfect! Great location in Cartagena’s colonial old city, beautiful home, and a refreshing pool. Luz Marina, the house attendant, was wonderfully helpful. Mark, the host, was outstanding; very responsive and proactive. My family had an amazing time, and we’ll definitely be back!

Definitely one of the best stays during travel. Suggest you stay with Mark every time the cook was great the security was on point not one complaint. I recommend that you book this house for you and your people. One of the best host on AirBnB

Amazing place to stay

Mark was an excellent host. He was very responsive and the house staff were extremely pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Each room came as described. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

La casa de Mark estuvo increíble, es exactamente igual a las fotos publicadas. La señora Luz que limpia y cocina fue genial. Es súper recomendable!

Un lugar hermoso en la mejor ubicación de la ciudad. Pudimos caminar a todos lados dentro de Ciudad Amurallada. El lugar esta limpio e incluye limpieza diario lo que facilita mucho la estadía. Recomiendo y volvería a quedarme aquí.

Great location & beautiful property. Marisela, the woman who makes sure the place is clean & cooks breakfast, is a gem. My only complaint is around the check-in process. It took them a little bit to come & open the doors so we were outside with our bags. I would also prefer if the security guard had his own space. He is a great guy but it was a little awkward having him around the whole time. Overall we enjoyed our time there & loved how close the property is to all the nightlife. We will definitely use them again if we ever go back to Cartagena.

This home was beautiful and in a great location. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back. Mark was great and helpful in so many ways. He was very responsive and accommodating with everything we asked and needed. He also gave us great local recommendations. The pool is awesome and the kids really enjoyed it. The ladies that help clean were wonderful as well they would run to the grocery store or pick up food for us whenever we asked. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!

Absolutely amazing place. All rooms r great sizes. Place was spotless and clean. Perfect for groups, with plenty of space. Mark’s team of Rafael (Co-host), Fabianna (housekeeper and cook), Jesus (night security) were great and provided us with great customer service thru out our stay. Very close to all the nightlife and shopping but far enough for peace and quiet. It seems this place has been recently renovated with new appliances and furniture. Have used Mark in the past and he didn’t disappoint again. My group loved the space. Will definitely return

wonderful time for friends 40th bday getaway. the pool and private onsuite bedrooms were amazing. Felt like our own private little hotel in the middle of the central city. highly recommend this if you staying in walled city. walkable to everything and the house staff are great.
