I would easily book with Mark again anytime I’m in Columbia. He made the process super simple and relaxed. The true star of the show was María though who set up our excursions, sprinter van usage, and even VIP club experiences. When I tell you she was on it every step of the way, communicative, super resourceful and had such good energy I truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ive been in 4 other countries in the last 7 months and she has by far been the most accommodating, knowledgeable, guest friendly host. If you’re considering visiting Cartagena and really want to have a good time tap in with Mark but DEFINITELY check out María with the Informed Nomad Team!!

Excelente casa para hospedarse Yo fuí con mi grupo de amigas y estuvimos todas súper cómodas en las instalaciones La casa es grande y cómoda y con muchos espacios para estar Mark súper rápido nos contestaba y su equipo de trabajo igual Había una chica de limpieza súper amable y atenta Y Juan el guardia siempre pendiente de nosotras y con disposición para ayudarnos en todo, cosa que apreciamos bastante ya que nos hizo sentir seguras en todo momento Súper recomiendo la casa para quedarse Y la ubicación excelente, caminamos a todos lados ya que todo queda cerca

Our stay at Marks place was excellent. Everything was as described and what we had expected. Rooms were cleaned every morning, there was staff on hand to clean and cook(Rosa) and security (Jesus) at night. Rafael who works for Mark answered many of our questions and helpful when we needed him. Mark responds quick and helpful if you need to fill out an itinerary. The place is near and walkable to the shops and the Plaza. We will definitely stay here again!

Maid and location outstanding , bathrooms are a disaster condition kitchen as well silverware are not good. Whole place need a serious remodeling a clean , pool useless

Casa hermosa con una ubicación privilegiada y una calle tranquila..

Place is nice and well located but staff supposed to run the day to day was not very responsive. We also did not have any hot water throughout the stay.

I have been to the cartagena few times this was the best place we stayed so far. Friendly staff and they make sure our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this place and mark’s other places too. I will definitely book my next trip with him

Mark was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, the staff was also very helpful and friendly as well. We did have an issue with the water and electricity which was attended to immediately and wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay. I would recommend maybe someone coming to tend to the small pool throughout the stay but other than that everything was great. Would stay here again. Thanks Mark
