Amazing

Amazing area and place with amazing staff always at your call, we had an amazing experience. It looked way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It’s prime location for a lot of restaurants and shops. Only two things that needs to be fixed is the locks to the entry it gets jammed a lot even after it got fixed and the master room smells a little bit damp and moldy. And the last room was just a bit too hot even with the AC. Other than that amazing area and beautiful spot with amazing staff at your call. Was able to do laundry and feast on breakfast during my stay.

After many times visiting Cartagena, this is easily my favorite place I have stayed. Beautiful, extremely clean, absolutely EXCEPTIONAL staff (including the amazing driver Ivan, the incredible house manager Olmer, and the chefs). Everybody was so helpful and communicative. The home was big, elegant and perfectly located. They made this one of our favorite trips ever! Thank you Carlos and team! See you soon

una casa espectacularmente linda, limpia comoda etc, tienen personas de servicio q son demasiado bellas y atentas un pluss total. nosotros adquirimos servicios de alimentacion algunos dias y exquisita la comida 10 de 10. espero volver pronto lo unico q nos gusto fue la lancha que alquilamos ya que validando el precio fue muy costoso para el tipo de lancha y servicio fuimos 7 personas y 1 bebe y las mesas de la lancha no drjaban mi moverse en ella.

Casa O Desde el momento en que llegamos al aeropuerto nos recibió Iván quien nos llevó a la casa donde abrieron la puerta Arelys y Olmer; estas 3 personas fueron súper amables y serviciales. De verdad te resuelven todo. Nos sentíamos seguras y en buenas manos. La casa por fuera es preciosa pero por dentro es espectacular. El desayuno delicioso, las arepas de Arelys♥️. La limpieza diaria es un alivio para todos. Carlos siempre atento y amable en todo momento. Maya la Concierge, nos ayudó con todas las reservas y hasta la decoración del cuarto de la Bride to be. En verdad estamos agradecidas y nuestra experiencia fue excelente con todos en casa O.

We had an amazing 4 night stay. From airport pick up, to daily breakfast prepared by the wonderful chef, to the house staff, to the concierge service, the team at Caso O made our trip a truly unforgettable experience. The property is beautiful, as is the street it is located on. Perfect location with restaurants and historic sites in walking distance. We hired security for the first night but didn’t feel the need for the remainder. The only disappointment was that one bedroom is located under the ground level. We will definitely return if in Cartegena again! The hospitality and staff made the trip.

This location is top notch. From responsive manager Maya Wong, who was very attentive to our needs. Amazing chef who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. I experienced the excursions they offered, from the private sunset cruise, to the private massage, from a professional therapist, at the home.. This was one of the BEST AIRBNBS I HAVE VISITED… I would recommend anyone and everyone to solicit this residential oasis.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do yourself a favor and book this place, breakfast every morning, laundry done and folded, rooms cleaned every day. In old town which is the most beautiful place right outside all the action but perfectly placed out of noise. It’s the perfect house and perfect location.

I'm not sure where to start. Our time here during my sister's bachelorette trip was amazing. While Carlos owns this beautiful property, the operating team is BEYOND PHENOMENAL and creates the guest experience. I worked with Mayerlin. She is a gem. She was available leading up and while vacationing there. She helped with recommendations and special requests. She was so patience, communicated clear and helped us navigate Colombia for the first time. Arelys was the head chef during our stay and the food was so flavorful!! They also accommodate all dietary restrictions and menu customizations. We opted to hire security during the evenings for extra safety and Omer and Miguel were great -- so kind. Ivan was our driver and also very helpful. While yes, the staff are there when you're in the house, you still feel like it's your home. They felt apart of our group. I would highly recommend this entire team, and villa for your vacation!!! Money well spent.

Carlos’s property was amazing. It was just like the pictures that were posted. The staff was very, very helpful. The complementary breakfast every morning was amazing. They will also cook something else. If you purchase it they kept the property pristine and clean and made my group feel at home. I would definitely stay at this property again. The property is in the middle of the wild city with lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and plenty of things to do.

Todo el quipo de Casa O nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde que reservamos, durante la llegada, la estadía y al irnos. Los desayunos muy buenos, y les recomendamos contratar al chef. El transporte fue muy bien coordinado y cómodo. Las habitaciones son muy lindas, perfecto para un grupo grande. Tiene todas las amenidades necesarias y si ocupan algo más, siempre ellos les tienen una solución, por ejemplo para actividades fuera de la casa.
