Staying at Casa O Cochera was the highlight of our trip to Cartagena. Carlos and his team made the whole experience feel effortless from the moment we landed. The house itself is stunning: thoughtful design, spacious en-suite bedrooms, and the infinity pool we ended up using every single day. Waking up to breakfast prepared by Rocio and Johnnie started our day perfectly. Each day was a unique and hearty breakfast including fresh juices and fruits. Do NOT miss out on the chef prepared dinners. In hindsight, we wish Johnnie would have cooked for us every meal! The San Diego location is unbeatable and our street specifically was one of the most photogenic in the Walled City. You are in the thick of cobblestone streets, colorful balconies, and great restaurants within minutes. The team was quick to respond whenever we had a question and clearly takes pride in making guests feel looked after. If you’re considering Cartagena, this is the place—we’d come back in a heartbeat. An amazing stay, great location with amazing staff. The cook/ housekeeper was easily the best/ most professional I’ve ever experienced in that role. Not just in my multiple visits to this country, but in my travel in general - to over 20 countries. She is attentive, friendly, and wow - that lady can cook! Delicioso!

Casa o cochera was a dream home! We traveled with 3 generations on our family trip and it was perfect for everyone. The house was absolutely beautiful and on the most picture perfect street in the old town. The location is truly the best. Walking distance to everything you could need!We traveled with our 5 and 2 year old kids so we were a little concerned about all of the steep stairs and two pools in the house but it all worked out fine (dry your feet it gets slippery!) - Carlos also left us some floaties which was great! Mayerlin organized two days of boat trips/excursions to the islands and they were two of our favorite days! One of the highlights of the trip was meeting Jonny & Rocio who had a beautiful breakfast made for us each morning. They were so kind & accommodating. Rocio’s arepas were incredible & Jonny makes the best ceviche! Highly recommend doing a lunch or dinner with them- better than the restaurants! Of course Enjoy the rooftop pool & try the pizza from next door!

I cannot put into words how incredible this place is. The house is impeccable. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s such a beautiful property; a perfect place to stay with a group of friends. Having two pools on the property was amazing , especially after walking around Cartagena in the heat all day. The staff were incredible as well. Jonny and Rocio were so friendly and professional. They made us feel very taken care of. They cooked breakfast for us every morning and were a joy to be around. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect! We will definitely be staying there again whenever we’re in Cartagena.

Absolutely beautiful!!! We had an awesome time celebrating. Plenty of space and loved the amenities. Everyone was so nice, professional, and accommodating. The meals were excellent!! Boat day was amazing. 10/10 experience. We will be back!!

Cool, composed, and quietly indulgent. The rooftop is where it all comes together. A drink in hand, warm air moving through, basking in the pool while the city hums just beyond the walls; it’s hard to leave. The service is effortless, never overdone. Breakfast appears, the house resets itself, and you move through the day without friction. Carlos and his team understand hospitality at a deeper level, nothing forced, nothing missed. If you want polished without losing the soul of Cartagena, this is it.

Rocio and Johnifer were amazing during me and my friends stay in Colombia. They are always pleasant and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They truly elevated our experience in Colombia.

We had the absolute best time at Casa O and staying here was a highlight of our group’s time in Cartagena. The villa is beautiful and in such an incredible location. We were in walking distance from a bunch of the best restaurants and activities. The entire Casa O team was top-notch— incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. We looked forward to our home cooked breakfasts and even enjoyed a meal prepared by the chef on the rooftop which was one of our best memories of the trip. I would rate Casa O more than 5 stars if I could and would 100% recommend this place for friends and rebook for my next trip to Cartagena. Thank you for providing a space that felt like a home during our travels— we had the best time!!

Casa O was Awesome!!. Extremely professional all the way around. Carlos was super responsive, Moses and Rocio were absolutely amazing . They really made us feel so comfortable. The Food and drink's were fantastic. The place is beautiful and so clean ..Ivan the driver was also great so receptive and on time . We have been to Cartagena 6 times this was by far the best place we stayed yet !!!! Will definitely be back What a great staff

We had an amazing stay in Cartagena with our family of seven. The home was exactly as described: spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a larger group. The location was perfect for exploring the city while still feeling private and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We made some great family memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for families or groups visiting Cartagena

5 star luxury experience I highly recommend! The host Carlos responded to messages immediately, you also receive a concierge, Mayerlyn who coordinated everything for us. The listing comes with so many extra experiences like free airport pickup, the best homemade breakfast of empanadas eggs fruits and juices, the ability to rent a boat for the day which Mayerlyn helped us plan and was so fun! We also were able to coordinate the in house chef to make dinner at the house. We were truly spoiled. We had come to Cartagena for a wedding and the bride was able to do hair and makeup here and they were even able to cook breakfast for the bridal party TRULY above and beyond service of any Airbnb. Her bridal photos were taken in the house and look amazing because the listing looks exactly like that in person. And a big thank you to Rosario and Moises for cooking and taking care of us all week they were the most hospitable and kind!! If we return we are rebooking here!

La paz del lugar es increíble, el personal es amoroso y muy atento, comida deliciosa es una casa preciosa que enamoraría a cualquiera, muy buen aseo, la zona es perfecta para salir y tiene restaurantes deliciosos en la misma calle, un espacio muy familiar, sinceramente el mejor lugar para quedarse en Cartagena.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, well located, and close to great restaurants, which made everything very convenient and easy to get around. The house staff was great. They made us feel at home, and were always ready to answer our questions, and help. Every morning, Rocio, the housekeeper would wait for us with coffee, and a great smile. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Très belle maison, en excellent état, idéalement située au cœur de la vieille ville de Carthagène. L’emplacement est exceptionnel et très calme. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. De la préparation au service du petit-déjeuner, en passant par le ménage et l’entretien du linge, leur présence soutenue peut parfois donner un sentiment de manque d’intimité. Mais, c’ est peut-être simplement la manière habituelle de faire en Colombie. Nous avons réservé un chef à domicile pour un dîner, servi au bar faute de salle à manger, ce qui peut donner le sentiment d’être observé. Le forfait de 75 $ plus le coût des ingrédients nous a semblé un peu élevé, mais les portions étaient très généreuses. Enfin, nous avons réservé une promenade en bateau au coucher du soleil, et c’était vraiment magnifique. En résumé, une superbe maison, très calme et parfaitement située, avec un personnel attentionné. Idéale pour ceux qui apprécient un accueil chaleureux et un service très présent.

This was our 5th visit to Cartagena and Casa O Cachera was by far the best. We had three couples and everyone enjoyed the comfortable king size beds & private baths with lux amenities. The staff prepared breakfasts were authentic & delicious. We were made to feel at home for the entire stay. While we are familiar with the city's offerings, the suggestions for dining, bars and activities were very much appreciated. The location is fabulous! The street is not busy or filled with late night noise. We always felt safe coming and going. And the location is steps from retail, restaurants, bars and Plaza Fernandez Madrid. We all agreed we would stay again!
