I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area. And staff was also amazing .

Unbelievable host and great staff that made it even better! The cooking was great with local cuisine and our security was fantastic! I will return!!

This property is in an amazing location, and the staff were wonderful; they truly made us feel safe and welcome. The kids loved the on-site pool and took full advantage of the rooftop, not to mention the much-appreciated air conditioning! The restaurant two doors down is spectacular. After the monkey hike in extreme heat, I slept like a baby in the comfort of this place. We also loved Mulata, such a wonderful energy!

It's an excellent place with all the amenities, it fully met our expectations. Additionally, they helped us with everything we needed, the ladies in service are very courteous and cook deliciously. Highly recommended.

Great location and the hospitality was amazing.

We had such a lovely stay! The staff were amazing—they became like family. The rooftop pool and indoor pools were fantastic. Bercelio helped us arrange a bartender and host a small gathering for our work colleagues. Another night, we had a private chef prepare dinner for us. It felt incredibly luxurious staying at this place, and we've created life-long memories.

We had an amazing stay at this home located in Getsemani - we were close to everything and in the heart of it all. The property was beautiful and very nicely maintained day to day. Bercelio was friendly and very organized. Having transportation arranged to and from the airport really helped. The whole property was spacious and we enjoyed using both the indoor pool and the hot tub on the rooftop. The artistic pieces in this home gave it so much character. The two housekeepers always had a smile on and made us breakfast (their fresh passionfruit juice is something we still think about). Our security Joel was super helpful and friendly as well; we were a large group of girls on a bachelorette trip and felt safe! We will definitely come back to this property.

This beautiful home is located in Getsemani so it’s close to so much but at the end of a street so it’s quiet in the evenings. To the right is a street with a plaza, street vendors and church and to the left, the street intersects with one of the main streets in Getsemani where you will find lots of nice restaurants. The home is beautiful. The living area is larger than it seems on the pictures but keep in mind there is only AC in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We hardly used the pools because we were so busy exploring the city. The security Joel, and the two sweet cooks are amazing. At first we thought it was a bit weird that the security stays in the house the whole time but it proved to be helpful when we needed extra towels or help finding scissors to decorate (it was a bachelorette). We paid for breakfast for two days and it was delicious and very affordable. One day she did an American breakfast and the other a Colombian. Definitely recommend!

Nuestra estadía en este Airbnb fue simplemente perfecta. Desde que llegamos, nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo, en una zona turística pero tranquila. Fuimos un grupo de 10 personas y todos estuvimos muy cómodos. La casa es amplia, bien distribuida y equipada con todo lo necesario para descansar y disfrutar. El personal fue increíble en todo momento. Las chicas de limpieza y cocina fueron súper amables, atentas y detallistas, y el desayuno fue delicioso y variado, preparado con mucho cariño. También queremos destacar al vigilante, que nos trató de maravilla, siempre con buena actitud. Incluso nos acompañó a varios lugares de la zona, y cuando alguien del grupo tuvo un problema, nos ayudó sin dudar. Se nota que todos se preocupan genuinamente por brindar una experiencia cálida y especial. En resumen, una experiencia 10/10. Comodidad, atención, ubicación y servicio, todo excelente. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

Bercelio’s Airbnb is in the best location, so easy to walk to restaurants and cafes and only a 10 minute walk to the old city. The rooftop is a nice place to relax and the kids loved the inside pool. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. I would stay again if I was in Cartagena.
