La casa muy buena y todo funciona ok. Muy buena ubicacion y tanto Gloria la senora que limpia y Eduardo el mayordomo muy buenas personas y siempre con buena actitud y de congracirase con los huespedes.

I just spent my wedding weekend with my family at Nico’s place and i just have to say this is one my my best airbnb experiences. the house is absolutely beautiful even more beautiful in person. Nico was a great host as well as his staff they were excellent. no complaints at all, i would recommend this space to anyone in a heartbeat. thank you Nico!! 🤍

Stunning place with a great location in the heart of the walled city. My family of 5 loved our stay here. Gloria, the housekeeper, was the best. Her breakfast was delicious!!

safe. My friends and I came to Cartagena for a spring break trip and from the moment we booked the Airbnb we felt cared for and safe. Our host arranged for airport pick up for us, he arranged several activities like a gourmet meal made by a chef at the Airbnb, boat days, beach club reservations and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every last minute by providing extra recommendations. The house itself was truly better than the photos- if that’s even possible. We almost didn’t want to leave that’s how breathtaking it was. It also would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for the amazing staff that Nick has on call- Jose the grounds keeper and Gloria the housekeeper. They were both truly some of the kindest souls we had the pleasure of meeting and while we didn’t get to meet Nick in person, he was just as kind and attentive over the phone. If I were to come back, there is absolutely zero question of where we would stay because this Airbnb is truly an experience. It is in

Casa Monaco is a beautiful colonial home and the location is very convenient to explore the old city. The house has its charm colonial style; it does need a little more attention to details to make the house more comfortable. The description does say it has a 4th bedroom downstairs but it is very small with build in twin beds. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in that bedroom, it was a bit depressing. I wouldn’t advertise this space for guest. Nicolas was great providing recommendations.

Casa increíble en el Centro Histórico de Cartagena, muy cómoda para salir a pasear. A la casa le falta una actualización, había lámparas que no funcionaban, algún ventilador tampoco.. tiene mascota y uno de mis compañeros es alérgico, no nos habían avisado de que había un gato en la casa. La cocinera y el mayordomo también podrían mejorar.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Nicolas was an exceptional host, and his staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our visit. It was the first time we’ve ever been personally greeted by the owner and welcomed with champagne on arrival, which immediately set the tone for a truly special experience. The team made us feel completely at home, anticipating our needs and ensuring everything was perfect. The daily morning massage sessions were a luxurious and unforgettable touch. We truly have nothing but positive things to say about both the property and the amazing people who work there. Highly recommended.

Wow most amazing and delightful experience in an Airbnb ever! The place was just perfect location, location, location right in the heart and best place in all of Cartagena so convenient to everything walking distance and in the safest part of the city. The host Nico not only made himself available around the clock but he oriented and organized everything, restaurants, excursions (you must rent the private boat for the day a most beautiful and worthwhile experience to stay away from the touristic traps and crowds) Rosario islands! Yes definitely combing back herein a future trip. Thank you!

We had an exceptional stay thanks to our incredible host, Nico. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free. Nico was extremely accommodating, organized all of our excursions, arranged a private chef, and helped with all reservations, transportation, and recommendations. It truly felt like having a personal concierge, and every detail was perfectly handled. A special thank you to Gloria, our wonderful cleaning lady, who did a beautiful job every day. The home was always spotless, and our laundry was taken care of flawlessly. We also want to recognize Jose, the house coordinator, who made sure we were set each day and ensured everything ran smoothly. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Nico and his amazing team!

Nico’s place is absolutely beautiful. Within walking distance of practically anything in el centro. Some of the best restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. Although the house is beautiful, it could use a few updates while still maintaining its historical significance. Jose and Gloria are delightful and willing to help with anything you may need. Our kids loved the heated pool and spent the majority of the time there. We enjoyed the common areas and the openness of the space. We did have an elderly guest that had a little bit of a hard time with the stairs, so that’s something to keep in mind. Nicolas is super responsive and always willing to help.
