By far one of my best Airbnb experiences to date. David's communication was great but his concierge services with Altavida really brought this trip home. Specifically, Mary and Kevin were the absolute best at everything! Whether it was Mary with a delicious breakfast or Kevin making suggestions on things to do around the city, they both helped make our stay feel nothing less than luxury and at home. There were many other things that they did to help our stay but I encourage you to go see for yourself!

Our stay was outstanding from beginning to end. The home was exactly as advertised—beautiful, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The quality of the accommodations exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Cartagena. What truly made this experience exceptional was the hospitality. Kevin was absolutely amazing. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Maria was also wonderful and equally attentive and welcoming. Together, they made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cartagena. If you're looking for a high-quality home with outstanding hosts, this is the place to stay. I will definitely book here again on my next visit. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

I came to Cartegena to celebrate my birthday and I’m so glad I went with this Airbnb. Kevin and Mary were so amazing, I’m glad to have them there throughout the stay. They helped with any and everything my friends and I needed for our stay there. Would definitely recommend!! Also the Airbnb is in a fantastic area, everything is walkable and if it’s not then it’s a cheap uber ride.

I don’t know where to start omg!! I had an amazing stay! Sandy, the housekeeper, was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed, cooked us a delicious breakfast every morning, and always made us feel at home. Kevin was also incredible. He checked in on us throughout the entire trip to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience a great one. The hospitality from both of them made this trip even more enjoyable. Maria is god sent ! Her food was delicious, please have her cook you dinner before you leave ! Her breakfast was so good and included in price. She cleans and cooks your whole stay! Kevin was amazing ! He kept us safe and cleaned as well. They were heaven sent ! We wish they could come home with us !

10 out of 10! Rosie our housekeeper was great. She prepared great meals and kept our laundry and rooms clean. Kevin was our security and we felt very safe knowing he was close by. David’s place was amazing! The location was perfect, close proximity to everything. The Airbnb itself was gorgeous! The best part was Maria and especially Kevin! Maria made us breakfast, did the grocery shopping and did the laundry! Kevin was the best addition! He brought us everywhere, he introduced us to amazing restaurants and clubs! He arranged excursions for us! I mean them two, made the vacation so much better!!!!!

Our stay in Colombia was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exceeded our expectations. The host provided incredible concierge service from beginning to end, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. A special thank you to Maria, the housekeeper, who was so kind and attentive. She stayed throughout the day and made sure the home was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming and even made us a couple of meals. The security staff was also exceptional — available throughout the night, incredibly helpful, and even accompanied us when we went out to make sure we felt safe and comfortable at all times. Everyone was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Colombia!

David’s Airbnb was nothing like I have ever experienced. It was truly a luxurious experience and that is thanks to Kevin and Mari. From the moment me and my girls walked into this BNB for my bachelorette trip, we were well taken care of. Mari provided both traditional American and Colombian breakfast every morning, with fresh juice and water, cleared our plates so that we never lifted a finger and kept the house tidy all day. At night, Kevin is security but also a local so he offered us so many fun bars and restaurants which are all relatively walkable and delicious. But more than that, Kevin would walk with us everywhere so my group never felt unsafe. Both Kevin and Mari made this trip so special for me and I can’t thank them enough. Also prior to coming David help set us so many excursions including a yacht ride to Rosario islands and a private decorator for the BnB. I don’t know how I can go back to any other AirBNB that’s not like this. Such a wonderful trip, can’t want to return!

e had another great stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it to others visiting Cartagena. This was actually our second time staying here, and one of the biggest reasons we came back was because of Mari and Kevin. They are outstanding. Mari keeps the home in great shape during the day and is incredibly attentive, and Kevin takes over in the evenings and is always helpful and responsive. Together, they make the stay feel easy and well taken care of. The home itself is in a very walkable area, close to a lot of great spots, which made getting around simple and convenient for our group. We stayed for five nights with five people, and overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a well-located place with a great support team on-site, this is definitely a strong option. We appreciate the hospitality and would consider staying here again.

Had the best time in Cartagena celebrating my 23rd birthday with a group of friends. Kevin and Mary made our stay so smooth from check in to check out. The food was amazing and we always felt safe. BOOOOKKKKKK, perfect for a big group, very spacious!!!!

We had an amazing 4-night stay here for a friends trip. The setup was perfect for a group, with every person or couple having their own bedroom and bathroom, which made things super comfortable. The property itself is beautiful. We spent a lot of time hanging by the pool, enjoying the rooftop, and sharing meals in the kitchen. The location is also a huge plus, right in the heart of Getsemaní, with tons of great restaurants, street art, and a convenience store just steps away. A standout part of the experience was Mary, the housekeeper, who brought such great energy and made incredible breakfasts, and Kevin, who helped guide us during the night. A few things to keep in mind: The home is open-air and located on a main street, so there is some street noise, especially earlier in the evening, though it generally quiets down by around midnight. Mary and Kevin are both wonderful, but they speak limited English. They communicate well

Kevin and Maria made the stay unforgettable! The house is even better in person than in pictures. We are so spoiled now and wanted to take both Kevin and Maria home with us. Definitely worth returning to this property. hosted the morning of my nephews wedding, 17 guys were treated with such care and every detail was anticipated. stayed in 2 nights and had Maria cook, was better than the restaurants.

David was very responsive from checkin to check out. The security and staff were very helpful and friendly. Ideal location in Cartagena. Overall, a pleasant experience at this AirBnb.

Amazing house! Amazing location! It's not quiet, but I didn't want quiet, I wanted to walk out and be next to restaurants, coffee and entertainment. Everything was so walkable. Even getting to the pier only took us 15 minutes. The walk to the beach was about 20 to 25 minutes walking, and that was an easy walk! Flor and Kevin made us feel at home since day 1! I know for sure I'd love to stay at the same home again next year!

Amazing stay! Everyone was so helpful and kind, truly making the stay awesome. The concierge helped us book all our activities and security with Kevin made us feel protected. Kevin and Maria were amazing additions to the space and the location was super walkable

This villa is absolutely amazing !No need to look anywhere else. Everything that you need in one area. From the amazing staff that cater to all your needs down to the coffee we had at the corner coffee house. Outstanding!
