⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Experience – Felt Right at Home! Our stay at this Airbnb in Cartagena exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Manuela, who helped take care of the apartment during our stay, was absolutely wonderful. She provided top-notch service—washing and ironing our clothes, preparing delicious home-cooked meals, including fresh juice, fruit, and even dinner. Every morning felt like waking up in a boutique hotel. The apartment itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax. The security team also went above and beyond—escorting us when needed, recommending amazing spots to eat and explore, and assisting with anything we asked for, even grocery runs! We felt completely safe and taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cartagena who wants a first-class local experience with exceptional hospitality.

Just go ahead and book it, security, staff, everything was just perfect. Even the place was amazing, locals all friendly, house was very spacious and perfect. Will definitely be coming back in the near future!

The place was great Mark was very tentative. I had a problem WiFi it was fix less than 20 min. Only small thing was pool had some loose paint chips . Location was amazing !!! We walk everywhere.

Mark was extremely flexible as I stayed in two of his properties over the weekend. Both properties were gorgeous and located close to everything. The staff service was great and it made our vacation 10 times much better! Will definitely return !

Nice place with plenty of space and excellent location. Everything was true to the listing. It was a tad difficult finding the exact location on arrival, but the front desk personnel is very helpful. Manuela (housekeeping / cook) was the best! So nice and on point with everything, everyday. Will definitely consider this place again if I come back.

We as a group of 6 recently had the pleasure of staying at Mark's place, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Mark is an excellent host, welcoming, communicative, and genuinely attentive to making sure we had a comfortable stay. The place itself is fantastic, cean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. It has a cozy yet modern vibe, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back in the future! This is one of the many times we stayed at Mark's and it never disappoints!

Perfect Airbnb for stay

We've stayed here multiple times. It is a great place if you have a larger group. It is across the street from Clock Tower and has two grocery stores and taxis right downstairs. There is a balcony/patio that wraps around three side of the unit with a pool, so there is plenty of outdoor living space. The bedrooms are a mix of extremely large to good sized. The bar area which connects to the living room area is huge and great for your whole group to gather. The kitchen is well equipped, but you won't use it much because the housekeeper will cook your meals and wash your clothes and dishes. The doorman will make sure you're safe and pick up food, drinks, ice and even arrange that late night pizza delivery. I can't find anything wrong with this place. Every time we go with enough people to justify it, we stay here. Thanks again Mark.

House is in a great location, clean, and modern looking. Close to restaurants and shopping. Maid service and security was an added bonus. Host was informative and responsive. Would recommend to friends and stay at again.

The property was exactly like the pictures. It is in the perfect location, you can throw a rock at the front of the Old City entrance. The property was very clean and the housekeeper cooked for us and security was 24 hours. We had one issue where the decking came up when we stepped on it when we had dinner on the last night. It cut one of our group members and we had to get supplies. When I reached out to Rafael to inform him of what happened, I never heard back from him until I reached out again a few days after we left. It’s like he did not want to deal with the issue but we just wanted to let him know the decking was rotted and came up and cut us. Otherwise, everything was great. Be careful around the decking.

Mark was extremely responsive and flexible. Very quick communications. The apartment is across from the clock tower wall, so it is noisy at night. But the location is very convenient…..a quick walk to Getsemaní and a quick walk to old town. There are several grocery stores on the block. The maid prepared a tasty meal for us. She was helpful and did laundry as well. The security guards stay inside of the apartment 24/7 (not sure if that is really needed), and they were friendly. There was some homelessness around the building, but it has good security. I think that this is the only apartment (huge floor-through apartment) in the building…the rest of the floors seem to have businesses. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice, and the rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked very well in most of the rooms….A/C is a “must-have”. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pool was nice to have. We had a problem with hot water, but Mark quickly got it repaired.
