Everything was great. Better than the pictures. The staff was also very accommodating. When I stay in Cartagena, this will be my first choice.

Mark and his team really are the gold star of service. They could not enough for us and were very warm and friendly. I 100% recommend staying here for the delights of Cartagena.

It was amazing to stay at this house. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable — cooking, cleaning, and making sure we felt completely at home. While we had visited Cartagena before and were always hesitant to choose an Airbnb over a hotel because we enjoy hotel amenities, this time we decided to do something different, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. The staff (jairo & Iris) i is the real highlight: Iris who cooks delicious meals and does laundry, the gentleman who handles your luggage and brings drinks throughout the day, and the security at night — all of it comes together seamlessly. Add to that the beauty of the house itself and its perfect central location, and the stay becomes exceptional. I will definitely be coming back soon to Mark’s place. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying at one of Mark’s properties. His team, especially the in house staff and activity coordinators are beyond fantastic and incomparable to other operators. We felt safe and right at home, and at ease. The location of this property is literally as prime, pretty, and safe as it gets within the walled city. Highly highly recommend

Mark’s place is a 10/10. The house is stunning. The staff is friendly. We felt safe with our security who would come from 7pm until 5am. The house is conveniently located in the historic district at the center of everything you’d want to enjoy and see in Cartagena. The house is very clean and maintained daily. The pool is the best meeting spot when you go in a large group and the views are magnificent. Every room is wonderful. We cannot thank Mark enough for sharing his beautiful home with us . Thank you
