This place was great! Staff was super friendly and the location was excellent:) Just make sure you don’t lock yourself out in the rooftop! Door immediately locks from the outside when closed!!!’

Mauricio’s place was safe, central, and walkable to everything. The home is spacious and well-designed, with four bedrooms (two kings, two queens), each with its own bathroom, plus great A/C, hot water, and balconies. The large kitchen, dining area, and the grand living room on the floor above made it perfect for groups. Yeifer the butler was excellent with recommendations, and the maid prepared delicious breakfast daily. Daily cleaning was also included and felt like housekeeping at a 5 star hotel with fresh towels and linens everyday. The place is updated and felt highly luxurious compared to many of the places around in the area. Highly recommend. Don't think twice. Just book. Great experience all around. Will be back again.

We had a great stay at Mauricio’s place. The house was clean and the location was excellent near the Clock Tower.

La mejor vivienda en la que he estado desde hace muchos años, limpia , ordenada , los empleados encantadores profesionales y silenciosos, el desayuno que nos prepararon estaba buenismo. Lo mejor es la ubicacion , en pleno centro de la marcha sin que se oiga nada dentro de la vivienda ; supermercado abierdo hasta las 4 am a pie de casa y la piscina ideal para disfrutar de un bonito atardecer de cartagena, sin duda , una de las casas que mas a disfrutado. ENHORABUENA.

Wow. Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely amazing. Incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything you want to see. We have not slept better in a long time. The rooms were cold and dark, and you could not hear a thing. It was so peaceful and comfortable. Yafier and Anna were wonderful. We traveled with a large family and two young kids, and they made everything easy and seamless for us.

Beautiful and spacious house. Very nicely decorated and very modern. Right next to Cartagena’s famous clock tower and close to everything in the historic center. Very spacious and comfortable, although it has 4 floors and you do need to climb stairs. I don’t recommend it for elderly guests, but for anyone who doesn’t mind that detail, it’s a beautiful option. The service was excellent—it includes breakfast and they even did our laundry. I highly recommend it!!!

Perfecta ubicación , cerca de todo , la casa muy amplia y muy bonita . Si tuviera que poner un pero , sería a que los cristales de las ventanas no aíslan nada del ruido de la calle y es una calle muy concurrida y con mucho bullicio . Para nosotros lo mejor de la casa fueron Yeyfer el mayordomo y Ana , la persona que se encargaba de la limpieza diaria y que los días que comíamos en casa le comprábamos los ingredientes y hacía unas comidas buenísimas . Yeifer es una persona encantadora , dispuesta a ayudarte en cualquier momento , muy resolutivo y cordial , tuvimos un trato muy cercano y nos sentimos muy a gusto con ellos , para mí lo mejor de la casa . La limpieza perfecta también. Hemos estado muy a gusto y lo recomendamos totalmente . Gracias !!

Best place to stay if you’re coming to Cartagena! Right in the middle of the busiest street and Greta bars/restaurants within walking distance!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was super comfortable and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and service. Yeifer and Ana were incredibly helpful and always made sure we felt at home. Ana’s warm smile and willingness to help made such a difference, and her cooking was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

The house is completely worth it. I was not sure if there was going to be staff during the day, because it mentioned breakfast. But it was definitely a pleasure having Yeifer and Ana every day and breakfast was delicious. The house was cleaned every day and kept for us, that allowed us to have more time to enjoy our visit to Cartaguena and the islands. The location is just wonderful and I would recommend this location 1000% if it was possible. if we ever comeback to Cartaguena, I hope the house is still hosting.
