I absolutely love this air bnb! I went to Colombia for my bachelorette trip and this air bnb definitely made it memorable! We were a group of 8 and David and his staff made us feel right at home! The cleaning lady Evelyn and the security guard Will were both excellent! Everything is within walking distance! My bridesmaids and I felt very comfortable! Please don’t hesitate to book this place!

We had an amazing time celebrating our mother’s 80th in your beautiful home that fit very comfortably our family of 14. The house was beautiful and the service was impeccable. We did the chef’s dinner one night and the food was delicious. As well as the morning breakfasts. My only issue with the house was the water pressure when everyone was showering at the same time. Other than that our experience was excellent.

The house is in a great location and comfortably accommodated our large group. The pool was perfect after long days exploring Cartagena. There were a few maintenance issues, including minor plumbing problems upstairs and some furniture that could use updating, so I genuinely debated between a 4 and 5 star review. What earned the 5th star was the service. Evelyn, Will, and David’s entire team provided hospitality that rivaled a 5 star hotel. No request was ever refused. They were proactive in making us feel comfortable at every moment while never feeling intrusive. Our rooms were cleaned every day without us ever having to ask. Will made food runs and even offered to accompany us to clubs so we felt safe. When we mentioned wishing the house had washcloths, Evelyn bought them for us the very next day. It’s not easy to impress me, but this team did.

Our stay was perfect!! The location was great, and the entire staff were so helpful from start to finish. Katherine decorated the place for my birthday and made it look exactly how I had pictured in my head!! Rosy was an amazing and helpful housekeeper, always available to help in any way we needed and kept the place spotless the entire time. And most of all… HUGE thank you to our security, Will, for being so helpful and trusting. We felt so safe knowing he was outside, he accommodated anything we needed and helped us get it, and went the extra mile to make sure me and all my girlfriends felt safe and taken care of. 10/10 experience all around and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff who really made the trip for my large group!!

David's place made us feel safe and right at home in Cartagena! Rosie was a big help during our stay and the security team right outside the house at night made us feel super safe! His whole team was super diligent and it complimented the beautiful property. Highly recommend this place for a big group!

Very nice BnB, both clean and a central location. Yet, Evelyn is who made this stay memorable. Kind, approachable and down to earth. Whipped up an amazing breakfast on multiple days and made us feel right at home. Not sure if I will return to Cartagena but if I do. This would be the place I would stay. 5/5. Thank you David.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and other fun spots. Evelyn and Will, who provided 24/7 support, were very kind and helpful. Great spot and service!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! This stay included security from 6pm to 6am which made us feel extremely safe. The security guard, Will, was spectacular. He walked us to the clubs and picked us up even. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff was friendly and the place was kept very clean and tidy.

First and foremost, Cartagena will always have a piece of our hearts. The Airbnb itself was SPECTACULAR. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were so welcoming, friendly, and made us feel like we were at home. Ada Luz was amazing and great in helping me plan my sister’s bachelorette. Super responsive and attentive. Evelyn was sweet, kind, cooked yummy breakfast, and kept the house immaculate. Will (security) was also very nice and eager to help. Katherine (decorations) executed the most beautiful balloon arch and backdrop which lasted the whole trip. Additionally, set up place settings and gorgeous flower arrangements for our private dinner. Everyone truly enjoyed it. Welcome lunch and drinks were delicious! Private dinner was good. Raul (transportation) I would not recommended. He seemed abrasive and tried to charge more money than previously discussed. Also was late arriving to pick us up to our dinner reservation. David has the perfect home in the most perfect location!

Wonderful property, my family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with David a very responsive and helpful host with a great staff. Evelyn and Willy had the greatest attitude. Friendly without being invasive or intrusive. They were always ready to help with anything. Evenlyn’s breakfasts were so well presented and tasty. She kept the house spotless. There was also Adaluz how help us with planning trips to the islands, with transportation and she was always on target. The house is beautiful and the bedrooms are comfortable. If I were to go to Cartagena with a bunch of people again, I wouldn’t doubt staying there again.

Great stay

There’s so much I can say about David’s place. My brothers and I enjoyed his home. We also enjoyed his concierge team. She was so helpful with recommendations for things to do. Arranging our driver service and checking us in at the home. Evelyn, our housekeeper, was simply the best. Very friendly and sweet. Took us shopping for some quick items. Cleaned our rooms daily, and made sure we felt right at home. She was amazing. Last but not least, our security guard Will made sure we had no worries or concerns. He gave us the dos and don'ts of the area and ensured he helped answer any questions and accommodated any needs we had. Cartenga will surely see us again, and we will re-book with David and his team.

I thought the home was really beautiful and the location was excellent. David was accommodating in the booking process too. The concierge was really helpful with airport transfers, booking welcome snacks, and drinks for my guests. My biggest frustration was the wifi upstairs which was extremely spotty. the concierge did help with wifi for two of the rooms upstairs that have access to a different modem. Will, the security guy, was AMAZING! By far the best part about the airbnb do our crew. He was so helpful and has the best spirit and energy. Evelyn the cook and cleaner was really lovely too. She made us a delicious breakfast our first day.

David’s place was amazing. Great location, lovely home and having Evelyn prepare breakfast and keep the house tidy was priceless. Thank you Evelyn:)) Additionally, at night their was someone in the evening for security or even a night errand. Overall it was probably one of my best Airbnb experiences.
