Javier, Alvaro and the team were amazing! We were made to feel right at home and the entire team took such amazing care of us. The entire villa was always spotless and the AC was fantastic. Valentin’s cooking was amazing - not only did we love breakfast every day, but we had dinner at the villa one night and his food was unbelievable. All of my friends loved the villa and we all agreed we’d recommend the property to anyone!

Stayed here this week for 3 nights! Great place! Javier and other staff were just great. Always attentive to our needs. Only issue we have was some hot water issue, but I'm sure they are fixing!

Todo es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotografías, aunque lo espectacular es la atención y cuidado de todo el personal, con la maravilla de contar con uno de los mejores chef de Cartagena. Un lujo para todos los sentidos. Y todo eso, gracias a Álvaro, un súper anfitrión que hizo que la estancia fuera espectacular desde antes de empezar. Siempre pendiente y atento de resolver cualquier cosa que necesitaseis. Con la comodidad de que pueden facilitarte cualquier servicio que necesites durante tu estancia o antes de llegar: aviones privados, yates y cualquier cosa que quieras durante tu estancia. Solo estoy pensando en regresar cuanto antes! Gracias por todo!

Nuestra estancia fue espectacular. La casa es una auténtica joya colonial en pleno centro de Cartagena y, aun estando en una ubicación tan céntrica, cuando entras se siente como un oasis de tranquilidad. Es preciosa, con muchísimo encanto y cuidada al detalle. Álvaro es un súper anfitrión. Desde el primer momento estuvo pendiente, respondió rápido y siempre buscó la manera de ayudarnos y darnos facilidades. Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda volveríamos.

Perfect stay for our group of 16! Each room had its own bathroom and great AC. Lots of hangout spots—the rooftop with a big jacuzzi and view, the pool area downstairs, and plus the dining room and living room (both with AC). Breakfast included was a huge win, and we even hosted an delicious birthday dinner here. The sunset yacht coordinated by Alvaro was a great bonus. Big thanks to Javier, Valentin, Carmen, and Carlos for going above and beyond. Even with a small premium, this place is totally worth it given all luxuries and attentive staff. Would 100% stay again!

Our stay at Alvaro’s home in Cartagena was unforgettable! The house is absolutely stunning, well-maintained, and the rooftop pool was a dream. What truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. We were spoiled with fresh breakfast and snacks daily, and the chef’s meals were outstanding. Carmen, the housekeeper, was such a sweetheart and made sure we always had everything we needed. Carlos and Javier, who managed security and also assisted us as butlers, were phenomenal, professional, attentive, and always made us feel safe and cared for. Alvaro himself was an amazing host, very accommodating and responsive, which made everything seamless. The combination of the beautiful home, top-notch amenities, and next-level service made this one of our best travel experiences ever. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Cartagena it’s an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!

Casa LM is a luxurious home in the heart of Cartagena’s old city—true to the photos, but even better in person. It blends colonial charm with modern comfort. The house features two pools: one in the courtyard with a waterfall, and another on the rooftop with panoramic views of the city and Santa Catalina cathedral—magical at night. Rooms are spacious and cool, with modern bathrooms, two with balconies, and excellent AC throughout, including common areas—ideal for families. The staff—Carmen, Javier, Valentín, and Carlos—were outstanding. From custom meals to thoughtful gestures (even driving a forgotten suitcase to the airport), they made the house feel like home. Breakfasts included fresh juice, eggs, arepas, and great coffee. The team also prepared delicious lunches and rooftop dinners, especially their traditional Colombian barbecue. With warm hospitality and a prime location, Casa LM is the perfect base for exploring Cartagena.

We booked this place for my sixtieth birthday party. The space was amazing. We used all of it. The beds were comfortable, the pools clean and nice. The views from the roof top were really nice. The staff was incredible. They made us beautiful breakfasts every morning. Answered all of our questions, helped us make restaurant reservations, walked us to the grocery store and a restaurant that was dificult to find. They cooked us dinner on Saturday night and helped us book our boat charter to the Rosario Islands. They made lovely juices and even baked me a birthday cake. You will not be disappointed in this lovely home and the staff. I would definitely recommend and go back there myself in the future. It's a great place for friends and family to gather and adventure out from.

Alvaro’s place was stunning. My friends and I were in awe of how now it was inside and also on the rooftop. The service was impeccable. We had a chef, concierge and also a housekeeper. They kept us happy at every turn. We had the chef cook us dinner on the last night which was an insanely good value. They’ll walk you anywhere if you ask for it. Amazing stay and would recommend to anybody who asks for the best AirBnB in all of Cartagena. Thanks Alvaro, Valentin, Carlos, Carmen and rest of team!

Honestly I have never had a better airbnb experience in my life. Infact I don’t trying I have had a better travel experience in my life. We got married here in the roof. And obviously for a wedding you hope for the best. The villa exceeded very expectation in every facet possible. The place is spectacular. The pictures are 1/10th as beautiful as the villa is in person. It’s immaculately clean and super functional. The staff was 100/10. That’s not a typo. They were amazing. Ya it’s it cheap but it’s worth every penny and I would come back every single time. If you don’t come to Casa LM you are cheating yourself. Shout out to Javier, Valentine, Carmen and Carlos. The were amazing. I could keep rambling but just go and stay there.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Alvaro, Baru Luxury's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Communication with Mary Carmen was smooth and prompt throughout our stay; she ensured that every detail was covered. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The house staff was TOP-notch—5 stars! They were polite, friendly, and made sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering all the local offerings. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Alvaro, Baru luxury and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

I cannot emphasize enough the wonderful experience my group had staying here! Firstly, the entire staff was just amazing. Each one of them was a gem- helpful, friendly, and overall truly made sure the group of us (15 people) had a comfortable stay. The house itself is gorgeous! We had a jam packed itinerary, but made sure to dedicate time to enjoy the house and we are so glad we did- the rooftop is lovely and unique. Also, the cleanliness was unmatched! Each room had a comfortable bed and air conditioning as well as en-suite bathrooms so we all had enough space to enjoy our trip. Alvaro was always responsive and super helpful. We would absolutely book this home again and are grateful to everyone that made our stay incredible! Highly recommend!!!
