My family and friends were a party of 12 people, Casa IsaLuna was a perfect choice for our 7 kids and 5 adults, beautiful property and perfect location, excellent restaurants within a blocks walk. The staff of 4 were incredible! I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group with or without kids! Thanks for having us and we WILL recommend this to our friends and family!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while also feeling like a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and take great pride in the property. They helped me set up many things for our stay such as decorations, private chef, and private DJ! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

Our group of 11 had an incredible stay! The home was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for accommodating a large group. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from the Walled City and conveniently close to all of our planned activities, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything Cartagena has to offer. What truly made this stay exceptional was the concierge team. They were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a smooth and enjoyable experience. From coordinating logistics to answering our questions and helping with recommendations, they made the entire trip stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and make memories together. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cartagena, especially larger groups, and truly appreciate all of the hospitality and support we received. Casa Isaluna and its staff made our family trip so memorable and special. With a family of 12, including 4 kids, this home was ideal for us. The kids enjoyed the kid room so much and the pool was a hit for those warm summer days! I also cannot thank the staff enough. Ricardo helped us with absolutely everything, Margarita made us such an amazing breakfast every morning, Huny was the sweetest, offering to braid the little one’s hair before we left, and Heidy helped us plan everything we wanted to do. They made us feel like family from the very beginning! And I cannot say enough about how beautiful the actual house was. Absolutely gorgeous. We will most definitely be coming back.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The place looks better than the pictures and is very well maintained. Heidy is very friendly and an extremely responsive host. The house staff, including Ricardo, were very accommodating and catered to our needs. The property is close to everything including the best restaurants in Cartagena. I would stay here again with friends and family.

Hi! I wanted to post my review of the house, but I didn't see where to do it. The house is spectacular — even nicer in person than in the photos. The location is ideal, on one of the most beautiful and unique streets in Cartagena, perfect for walking and enjoying the city. Ricardo made all the difference during our stay. He was always willing to help, attentive to every detail, and constantly going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Really, excellent service and a great person. As an area for improvement, I would definitely say that the breakfasts and the food in general could be greatly improved, as that was the only thing that didn't live up to the rest of the experience.

Casa IsaLuna was a great stay. The space was clean, well maintained, and matched the listing photos. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy nearby spots. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made check in and any questions smooth. The overall vibe felt relaxing and safe. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Ricardo and Margarita as well as other staff was amazing and we really enjoyed them. Hiedy was very responsive and there whenever we needed her. I’ll definitely visit again!

Place was absolutely beautiful. Sadly the hot tub didn’t get hot and we had no hot water in the master bedroom downstairs. We were there for only a couple of days but neither problem was addressed. They also locked us out of the rooms we weren’t using so we couldn’t use one of the other bathrooms to shower in. Had a full staff of like 4-5 people and outside of the security guard, everyone else was just hanging out with us at the house for most of the day. Even he was asking for a tip before our trip had even ended. Supposedly they were there for us but any time we asked for anything they looked at each other like who was going to do it and some requests were refused and told for us to get it ourselves. I would rather they had not been there at all. For the price we paid, I didn’t pay to hangout with a bunch of random people. Service overall in Cartagena was horrible so guess it’s just the norm there. The home was a stunning work of art which made up for most all those issues though.

My family and I booked Casa Isaluna for 5 days and it was the best decision we could’ve made! We were a group of 9 and had more than enough space. The staff was amazing!!! Ricardo (the security) was very attentive and let us know which restaurants and areas were most popular. He also accompanied us to go to stores and buy groceries ! The chef Margarita made us breakfast every morning (which is included) It was delicious. And on the days we would wake up earlier to go on excursions, she made sure breakfast was ready earlier. The cleaning staff was great and kept up with the house everyday! The house is also in a great area. Everything was close by, we walked to every restaurant (you could also order an uber for super cheap). It was honestly the best airbnb i’ve been to . It looks just like the pictures! We will definitely be returning & recommending this place to friends and family!! side note: host is super attentive ,there’s hot water , honestly no complaints! 1000000/10

We had a wonderful stay in Casa Isaluna in Cartagena. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. The town itself is vibrant, with fantastic music everywhere and stunning nearby beaches. Our host and staff were excellent—welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

Casa Isa Luna’s team is SOMETHING ELSE. Our group felt very very spoiled and they facilitated everything for us to be comfortable. A lot of great shops around and amazing restaurants, the location is perfect since is not right downtown but close enough. Lots of life around the area, very nice people. If you’re looking where to stay with your family or a group of friends, this is the perfect place. It’s so unreal how beautiful it is, and it creates a warm environment for everyone to bond! Very happy and I’ll comeback soon to stay here again!!

JUST BOOK IT! If you are a perfectionist like me when planning this is the home for you. The home is beautiful, the location is wonderful, & the house staff is amazing. The house is exactly how it looks in photos. All the wonderful restaurants are within walking distance & the area is by far the safest & the most quiet while only being less than a 10 minute walk from Getsemani (far too loud & crazy at night to stay). Ricardo the in house porter is a wonderful man. He was so helpful & kind with all of our needs. He is always at the house with you, so it added an extra layer of protection even though in my opinion the location is the safest in the walled city. He was ready to help & always had a smile on his face. Margarita & her staff were incredible. From breakfast every morning, to fresh towels, to spotless rooms day in and day out. They are a dream team. and to Heidi, for all your recommendations and patience helping me throughout the planning of my 30th birthday, THANK YOU!!!

Stunning house , great location , super friendly and professional Staff made us feel at home especially Ricardo extremely attentive and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this house and Their Staff. Will come back anytime

The property manager Heidy was very communicative from the moment I booked. Upon arrival, she greeted us along with the house staff. Ricardo stay onsite throughout the duration of the trip and was super helpful with random things—which was super helpful. The kitchen staff, Maggie and the team were exceptionally well. The Paella was to die for!! This house is worth every penny. I look forward to returning ❤️

Casa Isa Luna was an amazing stay for my party! The property is easily one of the finest and most unique in the city. The accommodations from the host were next level. Location is perfect and very safe. If you are looking for something nice for a large party or want to impress someone, this is it!

This home is best described as a private boutique hotel -beautifully decorated, staff of three to cook and clean, and an assistant that attends to your every need. Perfect location, walking distance to the Hotel Santa Clara. I have traveled around the world and have never experienced the level of service I did here. The concierge, helped us with arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, and tours before we even arrived. Margarita (the chef) and her staff prepared the best authentic food we ate in Cartagena. Ricardo, the assistant, stays at the house 24/7 and does everything from running to the grocery store, to playing tour guide, walking with us at night through the Old Town. Ricardo came with us on the boat we rented to Islas del Rosario to assist and guide, and he helped set up our tables and dinner for our New Year's Eve street party. The house was amazing - but the people made it truly special. If you want to spoil yourself, you can't do better anywhere in the world.

Un véritable coup de cœur. La maison Isa Luna est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Elle est neuve, magnifique, et chaque détail a été pensé avec une précision incroyable. On s’y sent instantanément comme à la maison. , dans un lieu à la fois chaleureux, élégant et unique. L’expérience y est juste magique! Située en plein cœur du centre historique de Carthagène, tout est accessible à pied,. Une adresse rare, à ne surtout pas manquer. Je la recommande les yeux fermés.

Nuestra experiencia en Casa IsaLuna fue increíble, superó todas nuestras expectativas. La casa es hermosa, tiene espacios amplios y muy agradables, siempre estuvo impecable. El desayuno fue muy completo y delicioso. Les recomiendo muchísimo probar los almuerzos o cenas de la Chef, son deliciosos! El staff fue excelente, el cariño y el calor humano que recibimos de todos fue algo muy especial. Super recomendadísimo!
