The house is beautiful. The pool is bigger that we expected, and save us from the heat of Cartagena. Saad was responsive and very flexible with our request. Her staff is extremely kind and super helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back !

The service was amazing, and the host went above and beyond, connecting us with local tourism contacts that made booking excursions totally seamless. The cleaning staff was also very attentive. Everything just felt easy and relaxed. Honestly, we’d rebook in a heartbeat.

The house was beautiful and was in a great location. We only stayed one night but wished we stayed there longer. It was close to so much. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. We will definitely stay there when we return to Cartagena.

We absolutely loved our stay at Saad’s place. The house was even more beautiful in person, and the location was perfect for us. We felt safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the entire stay. We especially loved spending time by the pool and couldn’t stop taking photos of how beautiful everything was! Communication with the host was incredibly easy, and we really appreciated all the help arranging tours and airport taxis. We felt very well taken care of and would love to stay here again!

Saad and his team were very responsive; they allowed us to drop our bags early when we arrived in town a couple of hours before check-in. The house is perfectly located for wandering Cartagena Old Town.

Our multi-generational family (ages 5 to 80) had a wonderful stay at Casa Flamingo. The house was extremely well situated and was a great place to stay while we became oriented to the beautiful streets of the walled city. Saad was always super quick to respond to any questions and her team was very accommodating when flight delays affected our arrival time. The pool was very refreshing towards the end of a hot and humid day and the size was manageable for the 5 year old. Note that the walkway around the pool is not very wide and could be a concern for small children (although our kiddo was fine). Those who are light sleepers or sensitive to noise might want to bring earplugs. While the street itself was relaxed and quiet, the upstairs rooms were more susceptible to late-night noise at the neighbors (might have been random) and from the rooms downstairs you can hear the pool pump motor. Thank you, Saad and team, for a memorable introduction to Cartagena!

We loved the place it was very comfortable and charming. Giomari cooked very good and delicious breakfasts and was able to help us with shopping. Sergio was also very hands on. Saad was an amazing host she help us with everything and more. She was even very accommodating and gave us an early check-in so our granddaughter could rest.

Amazing time my friends and I had in Cartegena. The location was in the heart of walled city and close to many shops and restaurants. Everything we ate was delicious and Saad and her team did their best to go above and beyond with any assistance we may have needed. Casa Flamingo is our new family and thank you.

This place is a great place to stay in Cartagena, the location is great away from all the noise, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The host was super helpful at all times dealing with check in, small issues and giving options for activities was a great help during our stay. Very worth it

Had an amazing stay here. The host Saad was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout, which made everything seamless. The pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after being out during the day. The location is right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk to nearby spots and enjoy the area. Really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

Casa Flamingo was a fantastic spot to stay. Perfect walkable location near a lot of great restaurants and things to do. Saad was a wonderful host who made checking in a breeze. Place was gorgeous with AC in every room and a sweet rooftop area and private pool. Would love to stay here again!

Our friends and I stayed here for our friends wedding, this was their first time in Colombia and this place was an amazing find. Very walkable to everything inside the walled city A pharmacy right in front to get snacks and drinks from, we loved the pool and Saad had an amazing response time!

We were four buddies and having our own bedrooms and baths was a priority. The place is right out of a movie with its very historic decor and charm. Located in the center of the Walled city provides easy access to great cafe’s, restaurants, shops, banks, grocery etc. There is a small pharmacy/market steps away and a nice cigar shop next door. The unit is well designed spatially with several gathering areas. The daily cleaning was a welcomed surprise. We were extremely pleased and highly recommend this property!
