We had a tiny issue but the importance was Mark delivered and made the trip one of the best stays in Cartagena thus far! Amazing house! Loved staying there! The staff is so bomb! The rooftop amazing! The cooking, and cleaning crew amazing! Loved it!!!!!!!!! Any house that says “hosted by Mark” BOOK IT! He is the best! The best location to everything!

Group Review for Our Cartagena Stay Our group had a memorable stay, and overall, the property offered a lot of value—especially for travelers who prioritize location and security. Here’s our honest, consolidated review: • Perfect central location in Cartagena’s historic center—easy to walk everywhere. • On-site security and attentive staff who were friendly, helpful, and always available. • Delicious daily breakfast, especially the arepas, and the housekeeping/cooks were wonderful. • Laundry service available, which was extremely convenient. • Strong A/C, reliable WiFi during most of the day, and a refreshing pool & rooftop area. • The listing matched the photos and expectations. The property was great —the location, staff, security, A/C, and breakfast really carried the experience. This is still a solid place to stay.

Again, Mark was proactive when our original Airbnb plans with another host fell through. The place is gorgeous with a wonderful living room / lounge. The place was extremely spacious for our 10-person party with 18 rooms on the premise. The staff was wonderful and they made breakfast (we bought the ingredients). The location is a few minutes from the Old City. I highly recommend the place.

Mark, security and in house cooks/maids were absolutely outstanding. My friends and I felt right at home and they were able to accommodate all of our requests to a T. I would 100% recommend this spacious, clean and top tier villa for big groups. Keep up the good work!

Cannot overemphasize how spectacular this property is. Service was second-to-none. Location was perfect. The mix of modern and classic architecture is so aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend booking this BnB for your group. They won't be disappointed.

Our stay at this Airbnb was exceptional! The house was spotlessly clean, and the spacious rooms with individual bathrooms and AC in each room added a luxurious touch. Mark’s place was absolutely awesome. Definitely the best AirBnb my friends and I have ever stayed at. It was extremely nice, very clean, air conditioned, and the staff were very helpful. Security was 24/7 and the area felt very safe. Cleaning crew cooked us breakfast as well which was awesome. Mark and his friend Keith also helped us plan our itinerary for the trip which was very helpful. Overall five star experience.

If you guys want to be in the City. Near all the action. I suggest booking this place.

THIS PLACE IS INCREDIBLE! The Location was AWESOME because it's no more than a 10-min ride from the airport. It's directly in the HEART of the city and is in walking distance from restaurants, gift shops, CLUBS [3-4 night clubs are 1 1/2 blocks away], and ATM on the corner. The house has great wifi, Netflix on each tv, youtube and me and the fellas were able to watch the NFL Playoffs on the NFL Package. MOST importantly, THE STAFF was TOP NOTCH! Ronald aka "Freeze" who was our butler/concierge was PERFECT. He literally was able to accommodate EVERY REQUEST. He's connected in every part of the city! From Excursions, to restaurant choices, night life options and general awareness of the city. His security staff included [Armando & Mateo] BOTH were great! The dual task of Maid Service & Chef was provided by Ms. Genesis and Ms. Alexandra, who both Cooked delicious meals EVERY DAY, then would clean the entire house as well. In conclusion, BOOK THIS HOUSE FOR YOUR TRIP!

La casa es muy práctica y funcional para pasear por Cartagena. Tiene 18 habitaciones simples pero cómodas con buenas camas y con sábanas limpias y buen tacto. Los baños limpios y funcionales. Muy buen aire acondicionado en los cuartos. Es una casa que sirve muy bien de base para pasear pero no cuenta con muchos espacios para quedarse en ella a pasar el día. Todo el personal de la casa (Ronald - mayordomo, Armando y Mateo - seguridad y Génesis y Alexandra - muchachas) fueron muy amables y serviciales y ayudaron a que nuestra estancia fuera buena. Fue muy fácil tratar con Mark y sus sugerencias fueron muy buenas. La zona en la que está la casa es un poco fea pero está a 2 minutos caminando de zonas muy bonitas. Quedamos contentos de quedarnos en la casa!!
