Wonderful stay. Daily maid service, nightly security doorman. Walkable to everything. Staff extremely friendly, couldn't ask for a better stay. Will definitely stay again.

Excelente lugar! Estuvo increíble, las personas que trabajan ahí siempre están al pendiente, el lugar es muy seguro y tiene una excelente ubicación! Totalmente recomendable!! Hacen pasar una experiencia increíble. Todo está muy limpio, nos recibieron con la mejor de las actitudes.

La casa tiene una ubicación excelente lo que hacía muy fácil poder ir de un lado al otro caminando sin necesidad de rentar auto o pagar taxis. El tener personal de seguridad en la casa hizo de nuestra estancia mucha diferencia para sentirnos tranquilos. La atención de todo el personal de la casa siempre fue muy bueno, todos muy atentos, agradables, amables y siempre disponibles para apoyarnos. La casa es muy linda, limpia y bastante cómoda. Los desayunos ricos, típicos, una gran experiencia en general. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en LA SANTÍSIMA.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely spotless—everything was squeaky clean and well-maintained. The maid service did an excellent job, and the security Albert made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed place.

Beautiful stay, great location, the host was very responsive. The chef/ house attendant Kelly was amazing! She cooked delicious breakfast every morning during our stay. The security Albert was great too, felt super safe and gave us lots of recommendations for local spots.

La SANTISIMA was beautiful and exceeded our expectations in every way. To start off I chose their transport and the gentleman was waiting outside until we left immigration “3 hour wait”. We pulled up to the property and it looked exactly like the pictures but with more space. We checked in with Ana who kept constant communication with us and helped us with anything we needed. Alexa made us feel at home with constant cleaning, amazing breakfast, and anything else we ever needed. During the night Albert the security guard did great. Any issue we had or any concerns, he had answer for everything. I highly recommend this stay to everyone who wants a welcoming and fun place to stay.

The staff was incredible and the place was very cozy. It was lovely to wake up to breakfast and to know someone was keeping an eye on the property. Thank you for your hospitality.

This Airbnb stands out for its attractive finishes, modern appliances, and hotel like amenities such as breakfast and housekeeping, which are uncommon for short term rentals. At first glance, the unit appears well equipped and thoughtfully designed, offering features like air conditioning, washer/dryer access, and contemporary décor that create the impression of a comfortable, higher end stay. However, the overall experience fell short—particularly for large groups like families—due to significant space limitations and inconsistent service delivery. Although the listing claims to accommodate up to 11 guests, the living, dining, and kitchen areas are cramped and impractical for that number, and issues such as spotty Wi Fi, problematic bathrooms, and unclear or unreliable laundry, housekeeping and breakfast services caused frustration. As a result, the property is probably better suited for smaller groups willing to trade space and consistency for aesthetics and included amenities.

Stayed here with my family and had a great time. There are many people that made this stay special; from the person who greeted us, the women who made breakfast, and the gentleman who secured the premises at night; we felt very well cared for a secure. The location is active yet not loud within the home and it is a great neighborhood to walk around. Loved my stay I have no complaints

Es un gran alojamiento, la casa es muy bonita, tal cual se ve en las fotos, el equipo de atención es muy amable, claro y accesible. Todo súper limpio, con gran diseño y las camadas muy cómodas. El blackout de los cuartos increíble. La comida de Vivi una delicia, en especial sus arepas! Alberto quien se encarga de la seguridad de la casa, muy atento siempre. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y nos volveríamos a quedar en el próximo viaje a Cartagena. El alojamiento está muy cerca de restaurantes y bares en Getsemani lo cual lo hace muy cómodo pasa visitar y a solo 12 min caminando de la ciudad amurallada. Una joya de lugar! Gracias por toda la atención y una gran estancia.

Great location and service. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They really make you feel at home. Appreciated our morning breakfast and daily cleaning services. The staff is top-notch. We'll be back.
