Amazing place with an amazing crew ❤️

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The home is beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. It feels like a private retreat while still being conveniently close to everything you need. One of the highlights of our trip was Kelly, she took care of everything in the house and her cooking was spectacular. Every meal was incredible, honestly better than some restaurants. If you have the opportunity to book her for lunch or dinner, do it. You truly don't need to leave the house to have an amazing dining experience. Ana was also wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She made everything seamless and was always responsive and accommodating. The included security guard was incredibly kind and professional, adding an extra sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. We will absolutely be back again and can't recommend this place highly enough!

Great place to stay. the place has 6 bedrooms, a bbq area and a small pool to cool down. the security guard is very helpful and the breakfast and cleaning services were amazing. Great Friendly place for groups of people

Great place, great staff and great experience however the location is a little far from the centre clocktower which means every time you leave the house it’s at least a 15 minute walk, it’s also spread across four floors so you barely ever use the roof Rooftop pool, also the Rooftop pool is very small so we ended up spending most of our time on the ground floor living room

This place was beautiful. Just as described, it felt like an oasis within the city. The service was excellent, and housekeepers were so kind and made the best meal I had while in Cartagena. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Where do we begin? From the beginning, Ana was kind, helpful, and gracious. Two of our guests arrived early and she happily allowed them to check in when they landed. She answered all of our questions and even helped us noon a day trip to the Rosario Islands and Baru for lunch. Security was always visible at night and he was also very kind — always greeting us with a smile and wave upon our return. The gentleman that cleaned the pool was also kind, efficient, and really quiet. The pool was just right. Now…we have to shoutout Ms. Kelly and her companion. She was absolutely, positively WONDERFUL. Her food was delicious. She explained breakfast every morning and made sure each meal was different. She also included our favorites from day one (roasted veggies) on all days to follow. She even asked us if we wanted additional items and went to the market for us and included them. She was also gracious enough to do our laundry and helped us with our Spanish as we struggled (mostly me 😅) ❤️❤

La casa es muy cómoda, las camas excelentes, el área de jacuzzi y rooftop fue mi favorito, simplemente espectacular. Mención honorífica para la gente que cuida la casa, Alexa fue increíble, nos cocino todas las mañanas, fue super amable y nos ayudó en todo, fue lo mejor de la estancia. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar por su comodidad, amenidades, buen gusto y ubicación.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, without question. Prime location in Getsemaní — walkable to the clock tower, great restaurants, and bars all around. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay — but Kelly deserves a special mention. Her cooking rivals (and honestly surpasses) many of the restaurants in the area. It was so impressive that on our last night, we ditched going out altogether and opted for a private dinner at the Airbnb instead. No regrets. Highly recommend for large groups looking for comfort, great location, and that rare personal touch.

Beautiful stay, great location, the host was very responsive. The chef/ house attendant Kelly was amazing! She cooked delicious breakfast every morning during our stay. The security Albert was great too, felt super safe and gave us lots of recommendations for local spots.

This is the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. I can compare it to an all inclusive experience at a 5 star hotel in Cancun. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. The property is incredibly very spacious for a Group to spread out and relax. It is a true home-away-from-home. Privacy is well-maintained here, which is essential for a comfortable stay. The security personnel are attentive and discrete, always available when needed yet never intrusive. The crew around the property is beyond fantastic. Ana, the property manager stands out as organized, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. She is bilingual, which greatly helps communication, especially for guests who don’t speak Spanish. Laidys, the chef at our property, and the rest of the staff "Kelly , Heydy" are wonderfully kind, friendly, genuine, and loving. Their warmth added a personal touch to our stay, making us feel cared for and at ease. This is definitely a place to stay. I’m definitely booking it back.

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen und ist den Preis absolut wert. Es liegt mitten im Zentrum, ist sehr sauber und gesichert! Das Team vom La Santisima ist überaus freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Sie reagieren sehr schnell und kümmern sich um alles. Ihr könnt Aktivitäten über sie buchen, bekommt jeden Morgen Frühstück, eure Wäsche wird gewaschen, die Zimmer werden geputzt und vorbereitet. Sogar das Wohnzimmer und die Dachterasse wurden jeden Morgen geputzt und sahen aus wie am Anreisetag. Wir bedanken uns beim gesamten Team und kommen gerne wieder!

Everything was spot on. The roof terrace is a dream. Location could not be better. Very relaxed, yet still interesting neighbourhood.

House is just as nice as the pictures , amazing location with many frat resturants . Very helpful host always responded with in minutes ... The cleaning crew was amazing with breakfast on the table soon as I went downstairs ... Make sure she makes the watermelon juice was amazing ....

We enjoyed our 4-night stay celebrating the new year in our 4 level townhouse at La Santisima. We felt safe and secure within the locked compound with security guard assistance when needed. Daily in-house cooked breakfasts were available and delicious made by charming Viviana the housekeeper. We also enjoyed barbecuing our own food on the rooftop terrace,,taking dips in the plunge pool and drinking morning coffee up there surrounded by wild bird song of parrots and various birds resting in the giant adjacent mango tree. We also enjoyed some city views from there. All the staff we encountered were kind, responsive and friendly. One caution on the building: it is not a good choice for persons with mobility issues or knee, hip or ankle pain. Access to the bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd levels & roof terrace are narrow, tall and partially spiraled making them challenging to climb. Thank you La Santisima for welcoming us to the fun Getsamani neighborhood and 2026.

Beautiful place, awesome staff and the best area to be in. This is simplest way I can put it. My time there was great, I looked forward to the fresh breakfast every morning and the super helpful staff. I would have extended for New Years but it was already booked. This will definitely be your home away from home.

**“Where do I even begin? This is by far one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I booked it for my son’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The place is absolutely beautiful—its Spanish-style décor truly transports you to another era. The rooftop pool was incredibly relaxing and perfect for hanging out with friends, enjoying some music, and sipping a mimosa. The staff was wonderful and always ready to help. Albert and his wife were amazing; Albert especially was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient, but if you’re traveling with a group, I recommend buying a bit of extra food so they can prepare it for you—otherwise the breakfast is pretty basic. If you plan on renting the boat to visit the islands, make sure to bring your own towels. The boat captains were fantastic, and we had a great experience with them as well. Overall, I’d give this place a 💯. Just a side note: Cartagena is very expensive, so don’t expect your d

LA Santisima Pros- great location, close to activities and restaurants, check-in was easy, host was very responsive, Anna and house staff was awesome. Extra services were provided we rented a boat, transportation and birthday decorations. Cons, only one TV throughout the house, showers hot water, not working found bugs in my suitcase, staff reacted immediately to take care of the situation. All in all, it was not a bad stay.
