The house has a really good location, everything is close to the house. it has a pretty view from the 3rd floor with the jacuzzi, everything is clean, air conditioner works really well. Rooms and restrooms are really spacious. The house keeper Ms Alba was really generous, kept the house really clean.

To say the Villa was amazing is an understatement! The location was absolutely perfect, in the walled city with the best view of the sunset in the city…Sitting every evening in your own private rooftop pool! The property is beautiful, with amazing air conditioning (a great perk after a day at the beach) and walkable to restaurants, shops, and sights. And then there was Alba and her amazing cooking!! I highly recommend having her shop for you and make breakfast every morning, it was delicious, such a luxury and value! Tiffany was so helpful with tours to the islands, a great walking tour, and restaurant recommendations. Overall a spectacular property and experience. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in an excellent location right on the city walls. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop each evening watching the sun set over the sea. Alba cooked a good breakfast for us each morning, kept the house spotless, and helped with laundry. All and all an excellent place to stay!

Perfect place to stay in the walled city, close to everything. The highlight of the trip was the Alba who made us breakfast every day. the food she made was fantastic, I highly recommend you add this to your trip you will not be disappointed.

Ideal location away for the hustle but walking distance to everything. Beautiful water view with rooftop and pool. Place was neat and clean and the host was responsive to all questions and concerns. Would recommend this listing to anyone wanting the same experience while in Cartagena.

Amazing place!

Couldn’t ask for a better place from which to explore Cartagena. We had our original lodging fall through last minute and were so lucky to be able book here last minute. Private deck overlooking the old city wall where everyone else in the city gathers to watch the sunset is a huge bonus, and the adjoining upstairs suite is as nice as anywhere we’ve stayed. Thank you again for an amazing visit!

First let me say the pictures do not do this home justice. The house has a colonial feel with modern touches. Everything was clean Alba the care taker was always polite and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool with the view of the ocean and the old city is amazing we spent time in the pool everyday of the trip. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — A Dreamy Cartagena Escape After a terrible 10-hour ordeal at an all-inclusive resort—dirty rooms, poor service, no food, and barely any amenities—my girlfriends and I made the best decision of our trip: we left and booked this incredible 3-bedroom villa on the edge of the Walled City. From the moment we arrived, Tiffany and Michelle were amazing, they let us check in early and welcomed us with warmth and local tips, including great restaurant recommendations. The villa is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfectly located with breathtaking ocean views. Every evening, we watched stunning sunsets from the rooftop terraza, complete with fireworks from weddings taking place on the historic city wall. It was unforgettable. We had fresh, authentic breakfast prepared for us on two mornings, which made us feel pampered and at home. Highly recommend!!!

Tifanny's place is amazing. We were 2 couples from the USA visiting Cartagena for the first time and we wanted to have a space that was comfortable, safe, and a bit luxurious. The house was all that and more. Like many houses in the region, there's a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor space. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms all had great AC - which is a blessing in the Cartagena heat and humidity. The house was well decorated and appointed, the bathrooms are massive, and the beds comfortable. It was such a treat to be located along the old city walls and to sit on the rooftop (or in the plunge pool) and watch the sunset and to see everyone gather and walk (across the street) along the old city walls. The location is excellent and very walkable and safe. There are many excellent restaurants and shops just outside the door. And, Alba is a wonderful woman who takes care of the house. She even did our laundry. She's amazing. Do yourself a favor and rent this house. You'll love it!

We stayed for 4 days at this beautiful home, it's inside the walled city, super close to all the restaurants and things to do, clean, private - we will come back again for sure. The host is super responsive and friendly, and accommodated us always.

Beautiful location, beautiful space. The sunset views from the roof put this apartment a step above most of the other options. Tiffany was very professional. The only issue was that the internet did not work for our entire stay, which might actually be a good thing if you are trying to disconnect, but I would recommend ensuring that the connection is functioning if you are planning on working from here.

We loved staying at this house. Fabulous location and walkable to everything. The pool on the roof top was used daily because it is so humid in Cartagena! The kitchen has been updated and the gathering space was great for the 6 of us. There was an issue a couple days with the A/C in the living room space but the bedrooms were perfect. Hot water was also spotty but that could have been because there was 6 of us getting ready at the same time. The real gem was Alba!!! She cooked and cleaned while we were there and her meals were amazing!!! The fresh squeezed juice in the morning and the cafe con leche was a treat! Her breakfast was made to order and went over and above what we requested. We would stay here again.
