10/10 spot from the house and rooms to the staff. also the location was Mint. I would definitely stay here again great for a large group

I’ve stay in Cartagena so many times and I must say that this place is one of the best one I’ve stay . Very large room, the staff were all friendly and helped us with everything we needed ! Security , manager , host , service lady ! They all did a great job ! This please is the place to go when booking in Cartagena !

The property has been renovated recently and is great for a big group. Each of the 11 rooms has a private bath and the beds were comfortable. The staff Bryan, Marcela and Olga were absolutely excellent - with meals and grocery/supply runs as needed - and tidying and keeping common spaces pristine. The rooftop is a lovely gathering space and offers an option when different groups want their own space.

Mark’s place was great. He really helped us out when our first place did not have electricity. The place was very secure and very spacious. Brian was onsite and he was very helpful with making sure our crew was well taken care of. Would stay there again.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile in questa struttura. L’host è stato sempre disponibile e rapidissimo nelle risposte, rendendo l’organizzazione semplice e senza pensieri. La posizione è perfetta, a due passi da bar, locali e ristoranti. La casa è enorme e ben strutturata: con 11 camere da letto, ognuna dotata di bagno privato, è l’ideale per gruppi numerosi. Inoltre è molto sicura, caratteristica che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Il vero valore aggiunto però sono Bryan e Olga: rispettivamente maggiordomo e cuoca/domestica, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno speciale. Sempre presenti, disponibili e gentili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, se non meglio. Un’esperienza davvero perfetta. Sicuramente tornerò e consiglio questa abitazione a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza unica e senza pensieri

Mark was really an amazing host with a team full of helpful people at the Villa. Mark was always super responsive and able to answer any questions that I presented to him. Mark Villa was really an amazing place and exceeded our expectations on every level. The house manager Brian was extremely helpful and super responsive. He truly loves his job and made our stay even that much better. Anything from massages to haircuts Brian was right on top of it!

Our group absolutely enjoyed the luxury of this special place. The cooks, butler, and security were all lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. We highly recommend this place!

If I could give Mark 10 stars, I would. Our group accidentally booked the wrong type of house from someone else and we were scrambling to find another spot. We luckily stumbled onto Mark’s place and he got us into the house within 30 minutes for booking!! Furthermore, a day later, there was an unavoidable issue with the booked home and Mark immediately moved us to another, larger place. He did this on his own, without us asking. His staff is super, super friendly and hospitable. The fact that you get their services along with the booking fee is incredible. Mark was able to accommodate a late checkout since we had a later flight. Honestly, the most ideal host you could ask for. I don’t think I waited more than 5 minutes for him to respond on anything. Thank you again!!!

Help was amazing. Anything you needed it took care of and the girls were great cooks wish somebody spoke English a little bit. I don’t know where I got it but otherwise they were fabulous.
