Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions 7 personnes et avons occupé les 4 chambres, qui sont toutes spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement aménagées. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas des meilleurs restaurants, bars, pubs et de toute l'animation de la ville, tout en offrant un cadre calme et agréable. La villa est superbe, parfaitement équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un immense merci à Gustavo et à toute son équipe pour leur disponibilité, leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse. À n'importe quelle heure du jour ou de la nuit, ils ont toujours répondu immédiatement à nos demandes avec une efficacité remarquable. Grâce à leur sens du service et à leur attention aux moindres détails, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. C'est sans aucun doute l'une des meilleures locations que nous ayons eues. Nous recommandons cette villa à 100 % et y reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Merci encore pour ce séjour inoubliable ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our group really enjoyed time at the place. The home is ocated in Getsemani where there is plenty to do, but when you are inside the property, you are instantly at home and at peace. The staff, led by Gustavo, was increase friendly and attentive to all of our needs. We shared several meals here, from breakfast, snacks to dinner. Everything was delicious and fresh, I highly recommend trying multiple items on the menu. The property has several places to relax and enjoy your time. We were all incredibly pleased with our stay and cannot wait to return again soon!

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, and Alejandro was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. One of the highlights was having access to such great chefs. The food was incredible and made the experience even more special. This was the perfect place for my birthday trip, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena!

Excellent stay at Casa Cleotilde! Gustavo, Digna, Richard, and Ana were extremely friendly and went above and beyond. Gustavo was our main point of contact and had excellent hosting skills by answering all of our questions, providing recommendations, and guiding us in the city if we needed. The property is beautiful and looks better than advertised. Rooms are thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. It feels like the best of both a boutique hotel and an Airbnb: you have the property to yourself while still enjoying daily breakfast and housekeeping. Ana and Digna ensured our rooms were very clean. The daily breakfast was a great touch with a nice variety of food, and the team was very thoughtful in accommodating our group’s allergies. Do not hesitate to book this property!

The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance or just a quick 5–10 minute Uber ride away, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The staff truly elevates the experience. They are warm, attentive, and accommodating without ever being intrusive. Having someone on-site adds a level of ease and comfort, yet you still feel complete privacy. A special highlight was Gustavo, who serves as a daily host he is an absolute game changer. Gustavo is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely down-to-earth. His recommendations and support made our stay seamless and even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cartagena. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cleotilde Luxury House in Cartagena. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The team went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, comfortable, and truly memorable. We rented Alejandro’s place Casa Cleotilde for 4 nights as part of a birthday trip with 7 people. Overall it was a solid stay. The house is very luxurious, location was good, beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious with A/C. We had yummy breakfast served every morning by the chef and housekeeping wonderful staff - our friendly host Gustavo provided great recommendations. A couple of things to note: if you value privacy this might not be the house for you - we did feel a bit watched over as someone from the staff is almost always there. If we needed to come and go after hours, we’d have to wake the housekeeper which we felt was inconvenient for both her and us. There is a bar/lounge w AC but no common area such as a living room. The WiFi was also pretty weak - Gustavo had a repairman come to fix it which helped temporarily but then reverted to a weak signal. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!

Esto no tiene comparación. Desde que llegas te tratan como si estuvieras en un lugar de 20 estrellas. Tener chef privado, al gerente siempre pendiente de absolutamente todo, ama de llaves, el personal siempre a disposición, te hace sentir en un palacio. La comida ni se diga.. todo demasiado exquisito y de mucha calidad, las cosas extremadamente limpias, todo eso hace que la experiencia se sienta demasiado lujosa y diferente. Vale muchísimo la pena y sin duda volveríamos.

Our stay at Casa Cleotilde was spectacular! The description in the listing doesn't do justice to our experience. The house is beautiful! With an indoor/outdoor concept, the sitting room + 4 beds/baths are enclosed w/individual AC units and were an oasis to cool off in. Our group of 6 girls fit very comfortably, w/the 2 largest rooms easily shared w/plenty of space for bags and spreading out. Each room has a safe, and never once did we feel unsafe in the house or neighborhood. The staff is PHENOMENAL. The housekeeper Ana's work is impeccable: the rooms were always spotless, and the beds really well-made. Chef Richard's breakfasts were feasts, w/delicious fresh fruit and fruit juices, varied pastries (those pancakes!), and a different egg dish every morning. Sweet Digna (butler?) stays in the house and cheerfully greets and let's you in no matter what hour of day/night. The real MVP is Gustavo. More than the house manager, he's your guide and is well-connected and EXCELLENT at his job!

Alejandro’s place was perfect for our time in Cartagena! It is in a great location walkable to most things. Gustavo, the house manager, and the rest of the staff were kind, helpful, and always available! It was a perfect trip!

This place is a must stay! The host, Gustavo, was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even accompanied us to one of our excursions to make sure we went to the correct pickup location. The food was amazing. The chef had elaborate meals prepared for us & each one was 5 stars. The house was always kept very clean, the house keeper did a great job at cleaning and organizing the rooms. Lastly, Efrain was the BEST! He was there for everything we needed, even when we all wanted tea at 2am after coming in from a night out. I would definitely revisit.

This house is stunning and peaceful beyond expectations. Alejandro and Anna were phenomenal hosts, and we can’t say enough good things about the entire team, from the Chef making delicious gourmet food, the cleaners so kind and making the entire house spotless, to Efrain who was there 24/7 to help with everything we needed. The swimming pool on the rooftop was immaculate. Every detail was carefully thought out and perfect.

This home is like something out of a design magazine and we felt so special to spend a few nights in such luxury. The home is exactly as pictured. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of your every need and the chef creates quite the spread. Every detail has been thought of, the staff is friendly and extremely responsive. We loved the location too, not in the hustle and bustle of “the touristy walled city” but rather in a more artsy, upbeat trendy neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and book this home now! Don’t hesitate!

To start, the host, Daniela, was the most kind helpful AirBnB host I’ve ever had. She had great recommendations and even helped us with our next Airbnb at a cut an hour south. The chef was incredible. His food always fresh, flavorful, and delicious beyond my expectations. The housekeepers were always available and even did our laundry and ironed my suit. Efrin, the house manager was incredible. He made us feel safe, welcome, and like we were at a 5-star hotel. This property is truly the greatest I’ve stayed at. If in Cartagena, make it a point!!! You will regret it if you do not stay. And my family of 6 (4 kids) will always remember the hospitality and great memories.

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were blown away by how stunning the home was, every corner was thoughtfully designed with charm, elegance, and comfort in mind. The service? Absolutely unmatched. The butler, the cooks, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond every single day. Breakfast each morning was an absolute treat, freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and truly delicious! We felt so pampered and cared for the entire time. Isaac was absolutely wonderful and assisted us with literally EVERYTHING! I cannot say enough great things about him. Truly everyone in the house were amazing! It all added up to one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The location was also perfect, right in the heart of vibrant Getsemaní. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, local art, nightlife, and the historical charm of Cartagena. If you’re looking for a beautiful home, exceptional service, and a truly special experience, this is the place!!!

Alejandro's house is even better than pictured. Each space has been carefully curated, providing a luxurious experience, every room is so special and comfortable. But most importantly, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff makes this stay one of a kind. Thank you Rafael, Richard, Isaac & Ana, for your excellent restaurant recommendations, for making the best Aperol spritz for us by the pool, for preparing us the best eggs and pancakes for breakfast and so much more. The house is very well located, you can walk or uber everywhere in short time. The terrace is the perfect place to escape the afternoon heat and recharge before going out for dinner and drinks or shopping (and Cartagena has so much to offer!) I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Hope to come back soon.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Cleotilde in Cartagena! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured—if not better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect: center to the old city, great restaurants, and local shops. Our host Rafael and everyone in his team were exceptionally helpful and responsive, from the unbelievable chef and cleaning ladies, they offered great recommendations within the old city to go and have a good time , and even helped arrange airport transportation to /from … The Wi-Fi was strong (great for remote work), the A/C kept us cool in the humid weather, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring the city. Def recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena!

El staff de la casa es super atento y dispuesto, hicieron nuestras vacaciones entre amigos y familiares un momento especial. Es una casa 100% recomendada a la que definitivamente regresaré en mi próxima visita a Cartagena.

Initially apprehensive about booking through Airbnb due to our lack of experience, we were astounded by the exceptional hospitality we received. Rafael, Sandra, Ana, and Richard were the epitome of professionalism and provided an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our experience was meticulously arranged. Although the house is situated in the vibrant heart of Getsemani, which offers a perfect blend of lively entertainment and social networking, the neighborhood’s lively atmosphere did not compromise our restful nights. We highly recommend including lunch and dinner in your reservation, as they are an integral part of the experience. After a day of sightseeing, exploring, and enjoying the ocean, returning home to savor a home-cooked meal was an unparalleled delight. Our return visit is inevitable, and we are confident that this trip forged an enduring bond between us.
