Staying here felt more like a boutique hotel than a typical Airbnb. Staff is on-site around the clock, and both the day and night security guards went above and beyond during the entire stay. Any request we had, they either handled it immediately or tracked down the answer. The house itself was spotless, bedrooms and bathrooms included. One tip: proactively ask for daily housekeeping rather than waiting for them to ask you. Only minor feedback: the outdoor common space and kitchen are great, but in the summer, it gets hot, and we weren't prepared for that. We ended up spending most of our time in the pool, which was a fine trade-off. Location-wise, you're right in the middle of Gatsmanei, with restaurants, bars, and shopping all walkable. Fair warning: there's so much right around the property that you might never feel the need to leave the neighborhood. Highly recommend - 4.8/5. Luis and his team made this stay.

Lovely Airbnb. The employees are helpful and extremely accommodating. The restaurant next door is yummy and while we stayed was included as part of what we paid. Quick side node, the snack in the room are not free, we did have to pay for them on our way out. I hope to one day have a girl’s trip to Cartagena and stay here again. My family and I loved the stay thank you!

Great location and hospitality

A Great place!

This was one of the best airbnb rentals I have stayed in so far. The location was perfect and walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The cafe next door had free breakfast/brunch everyday during our stay. The daily room cleaning if needed was a big bonus. The front desk hosts that were there 24 hours to ensure everyone’s safety was on point. The host Mery and the cleaning crew made sure our stay was extremely pleasant. This airbnb with 7 Beds 7.5 baths had 7 guest rooms and you didn’t have to worry about if one was bigger or better than the other. Every room was pretty much equal to the rest. Each bedroom had see through glass showers, a bathroom with a privacy glass door, air conditioning and a tv. We didn’t use the pool while we were there as we were too busy with tours and nightlife. If my crew is this large next time I visit Cartagena, I would definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a great stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s that I have ever stayed at! Joe and his staff were amazing and made sure we were fully taken care of! I loved Jovana so much as well, she was superfund helpful. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to Cartagena. It’s beautiful! There is a lot of space and is walking distance from plenty of delicious food spots. I felt so safe the entire time and we were a group of all women . I do plan on returning

Our stay was very nice and secure. We did not have any issues contacting the host. We were able to book excursions through the front desk depending on who was there. Everyone having their own private room was also a plus too!

Great place overall! Each room had its own private bathroom and just enough space to be comfortable. One thing to note is that the living and kitchen area are located outdoors on the rooftop, so it can get pretty hot during the day. However, the shaded areas and industrial fan definitely helped with the heat. Also, only two of the rooms have small closet systems for hanging clothes, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer hanging your outfits like I do. The bedrooms with showers inside the room and no separation can start to smell a bit damp if the A/C is turned off. Aside from that, the staff was amazing — available 24/7 and always willing to help whenever needed. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant, and the location was ideal, very walkable, and convenient. I would recommend Luis place when visiting Cartagena.

Great stay ! Everyone was wonderful and location was great very bachelor friendly. We will definitely book again the next time we come back to Cartagena.

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had anywhere. We celebrated my birthday at the villa, and Joe, Daniel (the night guard), Mery, and Johana, and all of the staff made it unforgettable. They went above and beyond arranging dinner reservations, coordinating a surprise birthday decoration setup, and even securing a custom cake within 24 hours after a bakery issue. They walked us safely to the ATM, dropped us off and picked us up from the club, and made sure we were always taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always smiling. We felt like family. The service rivaled and exceeded many luxury hotels. I couldn’t recommend this villa more and would absolutely stay again.

This house was perfect for our group. It was in great conditions and looked exactly as from the pictures. The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. It is located in a quiet area of central Cartagena and very close to many shops and restaurants. The layout of the house gives you the feeling that you are in a hotel but with the benefit of having the whole property just for you and your guests. The top floor is perfect to hang out with friends and family. It has enough space and a good size pool to relax and enjoy the sun. Sounds system, bbq and many other amenities included. The house and rooms are properly secured so you can feel safe when you are in the house or out for the day. Mery and Johe, the managers of the house, were excellent through the whole time. Always ready to help and assist you with multiple recommendations and available 24/7

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue increíble y la recomiendo totalmente para familias o grupos de amigos. Lo que más destacaría es la privacidad y comodidad: la casa cuenta con 7 habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño, lo cual es un detalle de mucho valor para no tener que compartir espacios personales. Lo que más nos gustó: • Instalaciones: Las áreas sociales están impecablemente limpias y organizadas. La cocina es muy cómoda y la piscina tiene el tamaño ideal para relajarse. • Atención excepcional: Luis estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, brindándonos un servicio de primera. • El Desayuno: ¡Un detalle maravilloso! El desayuno está incluido y la calidad fue increíble todas las mañanas. Es el lugar perfecto para pasar largas temporadas en Cartagena porque te sientes como en casa. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10 puntos. ¡Totalmente recomendada!

Great location. Clean. Amazing service. BUT VERY LOUD. There are 2 houses together and you can hear anything from the neighbors. So when it's a group here to party, good luck on sleeping. Staff was amazing though

Le séjour à été très agréable tout le long, particulièrement le personnel sur place qui ont été très attentionné avec nous pour toutes les demandes. Je remercie aussi particulièrement les femmes de service qui on été attentif et chaleureuse, toujours souriante tout les matins. Je recommande cette maison qui est très propre la piscine, les chambres, la terrasse rien à dire . Le quartier est très calme, les restaurants à proximité sont excellent, les prix sont raisonnable.
