Mark is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had. He’s always responsive and friendly, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The house is amazing—clean, modern, and up to date—and it’s in a great location that’s close to everything while still feeling safe. I’ve booked with Mark in the past and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was as advertised; pictures are accurate - good location

I enjoyed the home, the host and staff are top notch. The construction next door starts around 8:00 am and ends in the evening around 6:00pm. I probably wouldn't have booked knowing this. Not having an operational dryer was only an inconvenience. I can honestly say that I would recommend the home (I was the only person who was bothered by the construction). It is a 4 bedroom home and only the master bedroom had a tv. The living room had a tv, it could get a little warm in there. All bedrooms have an a/c and bathroom. Any defects were quickly addressed by the staff. The house cleaner offered to take the laundry to get cleaned but there was room to air dry, so not a deal breaker with the dryer being inop.

Strongly recommend anyone to try this Airbnb out. It was worth the stay, and everything was within a decent distance. Security and housekeeping made sure we were taken care of as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Vintage gem is everything you would expect and more. I felt right at home. Family loved it. Mark provides top notch services. Having meal preparations was amazing. Location was ideal. The market is less than a 3 minute walk away they kindly delivered the groceries to the house for a small fee.

Sin duda cuando regrese a Cartagena será al mismo alojamiento

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect Cartagena stay – highly recommend! From the moment I booked, this stay exceeded expectations. Mark, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful—he sent a detailed guide to the home along with trusted contacts for everything we could possibly need, including a reputable travel agency for transportation and reservations, and great local recommendations for beaches and restaurants. He truly helped set our trip up for success. The house itself is a stunning 3-story villa located on the edge of the Walled City—close enough to walk everywhere, but just far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. There’s a charming square just down the street with fantastic bars and restaurants that became a favorite evening spot. The highlight for our family was the pool in the center of the house. Our two boys (ages 8 and 9) practically lived in it during our stay—it was the perfect place to cool off, relax, and have fun between outings. We would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at Mark’s Airbnb properties multiple times, each time in a different unit—and every experience has been consistently excellent. The quality, cleanliness, and service are always top-notch. The place is fine, good location and amenities. My friends and I stayed in this house five years ago and that time it was great. This time the house seems to us old and really dirty.

The best trip to Cartagena. I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, Briyi made everything feel warm and welcoming – her attention and hospitality truly stood out. The place was spotless, very well-maintained, and you can tell they care about keeping it clean and comfortable for guests. On top of that, the property itself is absolutely beautiful – it captures the charm of Cartagena perfectly. Thank you, Mark and Briyi, for such a wonderful experience. Great house very friendly host

Nice place to stay everything was as pictured. It just is really warm in the main area because it is open air because of the pool but the rooms are ice Cold. The ants are a little crazy in the open area as well but the roof tops are nice and Rafael the security guard was the best security ever he even came to the club to make sure we were safe! Great guy exceptional service!….Also 2-3 min walk to really nice modern mall and 5-10 min walk to anything else needed. Bars, restaurants, shops! Great location

Excellent place! great location, good amenities, very clean and comfortable. Great Price for the number of occupants that can be accommodate, and also a very friendly and communicative host. VERY RECOMMENDED! :)
