Again im impressed with Mark and his establishment..I enjoyed my stay here once again

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The location is in the middle of a ton of amazing restaurants and nightlight. Mark has an amazing team of security and maid staff that go above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Communication was amazing and his team responded quickly to our request and questions. Thank you Mark!

Todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación y buen trato , muy amable , Pero hay muchísimo ruido en la casa ya que hay antros y discotecas pegados , no se puede dormir , No tuvimos agua caliente 2 días pero se resolvió el problema , las alberca estaba muy sucia , tiene un par de vicios ocultos

I can’t say much, but if I had to describe it in one word — amazing !!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The neighborhood was right in the heart of all the action, yet still close to shops and restaurants. Mark was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and provided clear check-in instructions. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great location and staff

Our group really enjoyed our time in Cartagena, Mark was responsive. When we had different plumbing issues, Mark was able to promptly send people over to fix things up.

As always, Mark is always on point, when we had an issue, he stepped right in to accommodate us with no hesitation. Which is why I continue booking his places, because I know what I will get, superb service!

Great place super close to everything! The master bedroom heats everything from outside though so makes it hard to stay asleep. Would recommend if you want to be in the center of the action

Marks place was amazing! I'd stay in the same spot again. His staff was simply wonderful! Very accommodating! I felt like home for 4 days!

This is the second time I’ve stay at Mark’s place. The location is perfect, the walking distance activities are perfect. The House managers are perfect. Highly recommend this place any and every time you come to Cartagena! Thank you Mark!

Excelente place

Marks place was amazing! Beyond our expectations massive three story mansion in the heart of Cartagena. We went with a group of 11 and was the best place for our group. The place was better in person, great pool area to hangout. Clean, well designed, nicely located. Recommend this place anyone heading with a large group. Mark was more than nice enough to let us check in early and his staff was very accommodating and extremely nice. Looking forward to booking this place again.

Best location of any Airbnb in the city. Daily maid and security is provided, which is helpful if you have a large group (laundry, breakfast, etc) If you are sleeping in the large bedroom with porch, expect a lot of noise at night from nightlife- all hours very loud. Only serious complaint was the severe construction dust from concrete walls. The house had a thick layer of soot so even after mopping when you stepped your feet were grey with dust. Also, leaky sinks, leaking onto walls, first floor and luggage… but easy fix hopefully in the future
