It's a beautiful home located in a very safe and quiet part of the Walled City, easily walkable to everything. Very close to many amazing restaurants. The ensuite bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The host team, especially Indira, is extremely efficient and easy to communicate with, flexible check in, arranging airport transfers, restaurant recommendations, tours etc. The daily housekeeper was a great bonus. The outdoor kitchen is well equipped, but remember that there can be challenges in the rainy season. We did not experience any issues with the water pressure, but as some of the other reviews noted the hot water was not always available.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, quiet, clean, and safe. It is located in the walled city of Cartagena, within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafes, plazas, historical attractions, shopping, and anything else you can think of for an unforgettable vacation. The daily breakfast was delicious. Our maid was even kind enough to do our laundry for us. We were a family of 6 with three kids and we had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a great place to relax every evening after exploring the city. The street the house is on is quiet and safe. Overall this is a beautiful home and I would highly recommend it.

Fantasric stay in a well-located home with a lot of character and a very attentive host. We had some issues with intermittent hot water, but the host was on top of it.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait au airbnb. Les déjeuners étaient excellents, le service et les personnes qui travaillent au airbnb était très gentil. Nous avons tout aimé, très bien placé, la piscine était rafraichissante dans les journées très chaude, le ménage à chaque jour, nous y retournerons sans faute!

Increíble estancia. La casa está espectacular, cuidada a detalle y comodísima. La atención de Vanessa e Indi fue excelente en todo momento, y el servicio de la cocinera, Katiana, simplemente de 10. La zona es perfecta, segura y silenciosa. Todo fue un 10/10, sin duda regresaríamos.

Our family absolutely loved our two-week stay at Casa Amande. From the moment we arrived, we realized the villa was even more beautiful than the photos—a rare and delightful surprise. The home is impeccably maintained, and the single-level layout was exceptionally convenient for both our oldest and youngest family members. We travel extensively and prefer staying in local homes to truly immerse ourselves in the culture; this rental felt less like a vacation spot and more like a cherished secondary residence. Katiana was a highlight of our stay, serving us a delicious breakfast every morning with such care. She and the entire team were outstanding. The location is also unbeatable—having the Hotel Santa Clara on our street for cocktails and lunch was a treat. The pool is small, but extremely refreshing after a long day of shopping at remarkable bouitiques, plus a mall that rivals Galerie Lafayette in Paris. We took cooking classes, as private guides who were recommended by Hanni.

Hanni and team were very easy to communicate with and very responsive. They gave clear directions and provided options for amenity add ons, one of which was a private pick up to and from the airport. This was a great perk! The place is within the walled part of Cartagena, but it is located at a quieter area, which was nice. So many restaurants, shops, sites, and nightlife within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was clean and the housekeeper came each day to tidy it up. We also had breakfast made for us a coupe of days which was a nice add-on! This was such a nice place to stay in and would definitely suggest to others!

We were a group of 6 and this place was absolutely perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable, and with enough bathrooms that we never had to queue for a shower in the morning, which matters when you're traveling with a big group. The cleanliness was top notch. The housekeeper came every single day and was incredibly thorough. We also had the option to have breakfast prepared for us, you just cover the cost of the groceries from the supermarket, nothing more. We went for it twice and got a proper authentic Colombian breakfast both times. Totally worth it. Location is ideal. The entire old city within the walls is walkable, and the neighborhood feels safe. We were out late every night strolling back on foot with zero stress. If you wanted to head somewhere outside the historic center, taxis picked us up right at the door and you're on the main road in literally one minute. Perfect for families or larger groups who want comfort, convenience, and a real local feel.

The accomodation Is amazing. the host and the staff were always there to lend a hand. booked my airport pick up and drop off through them and tours. I also had someone come in to cook for us breakfast and it was a really delicious meal, very pleased. the whole experience was magical and the host and staff made it even better. Highly recommend this property!

The property the location, the host are fantastic. I would like to recommend they do something for the mosquitoes in the patio and they of course get inside the house !

This property is simply amazing. Location wise it's perfect, you are in the heart of the wall city with many great restaurants within walkin distance. The location is also very safe. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool is well kept and clean. The beds are super comfortable, there is no noise that can be heard inside the home, so you can sleep peacefully. The host Vanessa and the Katiana were very attentive and always willing to help. The housekeeping services were amazing. The staff all around were super sweet and helpful. My family felt at home and we will be back to Casa Amande, definitely a win!! We will be back!! Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in El Centro, Cartagena. The location couldn’t be better – right in the historic center, walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shops, but still tucked away enough that it felt peaceful once we were inside. The highlight of the property is definitely the pool. After long, hot days exploring the city, it was perfect to come back, cool off, and relax. The outdoor area is very private and feels like a little oasis in the middle of the old town. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well (a must in Cartagena), and the beds were comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, this was a great base for exploring Cartagena. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a charming place in El Centro with the bonus of a private pool.

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The location couldn’t be better everything is within walking distance, yet the street is nice and quiet at night so you can really rest. We came with kids, and the house was super comfortable for them too. Katiana’s breakfasts and meals were amazing , we got to enjoy delicious Colombian food every day! The place was also spotless, cleaned daily. Everything went perfectly. We’d love to come back!

We booked this house for a girls’ trip and had an amazing experience. The hosts helped us book boat tours and were always available for any recommendations we needed. The location is great — very close to La Cevichería, Juan del Mar, Carmen (my favorite!), and many other restaurants. The mall is also super close. The area felt very safe, and the house itself was beautiful. We also ordered breakfast, which was delicious. Overall, an amazing stay. Thank you so much!

My family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful stay at the house. Its location is an easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and the wall. The pool is small but refreshing in the middle of the day.
