Great place to stay in Cartagena close to all the action.

Espectacular alojamiento muy cuidado y sobretodo práctico, bien situado y con todas las habitaciones con baño. La azotea y la piscina son perfectas para descansar después de un día de turismo por la ciudad. El personal es atento y amable.

Wonderful house and even better service. From host to service operatives, everyone was incredibly attentive and made the entire stay an amazing experience!

The villa was everything we expected it to be: very clean, spacious, and within walking distance to everything. The staff and host were friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place and would definitely love to come back.

This place was PERFECT. We were a group of 8 friends from all over the world, and this villa was the perfect place for us and it was also located right in the middle of everything. The maids were also awesome, notable Rose and Fabiana. The security guys were also very attentive. Whenever we visit Cartagena again, this will be the place to go to !

This was a fantastic place to stay at for a group of 17 we had. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The security guards and cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped with anything and everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was great. You won’t regret choosing this place.

Mark, his team, and the house staff were absolutely wonderful to work with—responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. The house itself is spacious, with plenty of common areas, and the convenience of having a full bathroom in every room was a fantastic bonus. Its location is ideal, within easy walking distance of anywhere in the walled city and close to the marina. Being in the walled city where a lot of nightlife is, there is noise that carries into the evening, but we didn’t find it bothersome.

Perfect place to celebrate my wife's 30th bday party. Great location (in the heart of old town), rooms, and common areas. It was important for us to have our own rooms and the 11 comparable rooms were perfect. The large common room (with pool table, bar, couch/TV) had AC and was a perfect oasis for the group on a hot day, along with the rooftop pool which was a nice size. Great support from Mark the owner and the staff. They bought groceries for us, prepared a great birthday dinner, and supported us with all requests. They also knew the area and had contacts for everything else we needed. Great partners and spot to enjoy Cartagena.

Amazing place! Really jaw dropping.

The place was 10 out of 10 for me and boys during this bachelor celebration. The staff was great. Whatever we needed they took care of us. The food was amazing bar none. I would go back just to get another plate. We love the place and definitely would recommend to anybody visiting Colombia

This house is amazing. Perfect location. Well organized space. The house matched the pics and our group was very happy with our stay. Rooms were perfect; good working a/c in all rooms; bathrooms were all good with hot water. Excellent house staff- from chef to maids to property mgr. everybody was very helpful and made our stay top notch. Honestly I will definitely stay here again on my next trip there. We were a group of 8 guys and the place was exactly what we needed. Thank you Mark & Team for an excellent experience.

The host, Mark, and his team did an excellent job. The property was in a great location in the walled city of Cartagena. The property had large spots to gather in the living room and rooftop pool. Mark's team helped us organize boat excursions, dinner reservations, Djs, etc. If you need help planning a trip to Cartagena, Mark and his team will help you have a great vacation.

Mark was a great communicative host and his staff was accommodating and very friendly. We were a group of 11 and felt like we had plenty of room. Mark helped stock the house before and during our stay and assisted in providing great recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommend for large groups!
