My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place. It was in a great location, within walkable distance of many places that people would want to visit in. Cartagena. Mark‘s place was clean, organized, and well appointed. Everything matched the description. I would definitely recommend Mark’s place for groups that want to visit Cartagena in the future.

This is an amazing spot in Cartagena for a large group! Having so many separate bedrooms and bathrooms made sharing the space easy and enjoyable. We never felt crammed or crowded into the space and enjoyed every moment. The staff were amazingly attentive and so helpful. The two maids had breakfast ready for us every morning, fresh juices blended and even did laundry upon request. The round the clock security was a great addition for everyone's safety and comfort as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it! It was truly perfect.

Mark’s place was great for a big group looking to have a good time in Cartagena! The location made it very easy to get around and we had more than enough space for everyone. The on-site staff was also great and the breakfast they made for us was delicious. Some things like the ping-pong table had seen better days, but overall the place was in good shape and well-cleaned. I’d be happy to stay again here with a big group.

Perfect place for a group stay, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house was clean when we arrived and the house staff were so kind and accommodating. Waking up to a delicious breakfast was a delight. The place looked just like the pictures. The A/C worked well and as long as the whole house didn’t shower at the same time, there was plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with a large group. The support staff and host are very responsive and make sure you are looked after.

Mark’s place was awesome. It was appropriate for our 11 person bachelor party. The staff was accommodating and Mark is highly responsive to whatever issues that we had. The property is conveniently located directly across from an Exito supermarket and the popular shopping mall La Serrezuela. Air conditioners are fully functional, and the hot water is real hot water(IYKYK). We had an awesome time and I’ll definitely be coming back for anymore of my Columbian bound group events.

We have major issues with plumbing, and I don’t think we received immediate resolution the pressing sewage matter timely.

Mark was a great host! It was very easy to work with him. The staff on site are great as well and made our lives easier.
